He was very accommodating to my busy schedule and was able to meet me at the house we were staying at. He listened to what my issues were and went to work! Very professional. We were able to fit in 2 deep tissue sessions in the week I was here and it really helped, especially after the 2nd session, which is typically what it takes to fix me. The first session was good but the 2nd session, after he had become familiar with what my issues were and what I can and cannot tolerate was fantastic. Avo is amazing! I had strain my shoulder and it locked up with a shoulder impingement. Avo worked the whole hour on freeing up my shoulder.
