Make a decision, get "novacained" and start procedure about 10 minutes later. Dr. explains everything he's doing, what I might be feeling, etc. Very conversational, had one small hiccup and he dealt with smoothly. All the staff seemed on top of their game. And the doctor called me at home in the early evening just to see if everything was okay.

Every staff member was wonderful EXCEPT Dr. Ouano. He completely butchered my extraction, ignored…read moremy tears, constant yelps of pain, and the fact that my body was practically lifting off the chair from the pain. I felt every single pull, drill, and needle during the 1.5 hours it took him to extract my tooth. Before starting, he told me the procedure could take 5, 10, or 20 minutes and asked if I thought I could handle it because I told him how nervous I was. Instead, it turned into the most traumatic dental experience of my life. He numbed my tongue more than my gum or cheek, and he jammed the needle so hard into the back of my cheek that I jumped and cried out in pain. This was hands down the worst pain I have ever experienced -- and I have given birth four times. It honestly felt like something out of a horror movie. Instead of showing compassion, he blamed me for moving due to the pain and repeatedly snapped at me throughout the procedure. I asked him three separate times to stop because the pain was unbearable, and his response was, "If we keep stopping, this will take all day." Each pause was only about 10 seconds so I could breathe and try to compose myself. When he was clearly struggling to remove the tooth, he started blaming the size of my tooth root. At one point, when I said I couldn't breathe, he snapped back, "Well, yeah you can, because you're doing it right now." I was emotionally and physically wrecked afterward. Because the extraction was so prolonged and traumatic, I ended up developing dry socket and had to return twice more for treatment. Jen and Jen were absolutely fantastic and incredibly kind throughout all of this. To make matters worse, he left a piece of tooth in my gum that is now trying to work its way out. I'm currently living with that pain because this experience has left me absolutely petrified of going back to a dentist.

Dr. Nadler always has a very condescending attitude towards me like i purposely put plaque on my teeth. I had one particularly bad experience where i was having a cavity filled and Dr.. nadler was so rushed to get to the next patient he didn't realize all the tooth shards that would be causing me a lot of pain hadn't i been numbed up. Had it not been for the dental hygienist who took x-rays she said i wouldn't have been in excruciating pain had she not removed the excess shard. I will never go back again after that. The only reason im giving two stars is because the oral hygienists are very very nice and pleasant.

I had the dentist that opened up the practice…read more After he retired he left me in good hands with three very capable dentists as well as most the office staff did not change. The are now owned by 42 North Dental Care, PLLC practice and this company is owned and operated by dentists Dr. Samuel Shames, DMD. and Dr. Ronald Weissman, DMD. Since they took over all the former dentists are gone and last I knew most of the staff had left. They put crowns on three on implants I had done at an oral surgeons office in December 2023. Last week, 18 months later they sent me a huge bill. A week later I got an automated call asking for me to pay over $2500 right then. This is just one of the most absurd situations I have every been in with a dental office. The doctor that did the crowns, Dr Pabaney, was the worst dentist I have ever had. I only went to them because I was with the practice when I first stared the implant process. Not only was it a total nightmare just getting them to call me back to get an appointment but his chairside miner was rude, he had THE WORST BREATHE OF ANYONE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED and he is supposedly a dentist. Even his dental assistant knew he smelled, the look on her face was a look of horror, even she couldn't take it. Since I've moved to the area there are so many other dentists office that you have to go anyplace else. Also, look for who the owners are, if they have anything to do with 42 North Dental Care, PLLC stay away.

The Hippoocratic Oath he took when becoming a dentist meant nothing to him. He damaged one of my four crowns and downright lied to my face and was backpedaling on his story when I called him out on it face-to-face. I have never met a medical professional who could look a client/patient in the eyes and lie. Not to mention the note he doctored in an attempt to cover his butt when I brought up seeking legal assistance on the matter. When requesting for documentation and imaging he refused to send ANY documentation that I could then use to hold him accountable. Never a problem…read more I move to Massachusetts and my Modern Dentistry hygienist suddenly tells me the bridge is loose. I found that odd because it didn't appear to be as I brush and floss regularly. Time and time again she and the dentist kept telling me it's loose, but I'm not seeing or feeling that at all. I finally cave in and have the bridge replaced. Not even 3 months later the new bridge pops loose!!! Falls right out of my mouth!! I set up an appointment and they fix it...then they charge me $100!!!!!!!! Out of pure principle I refused pay the invoice so they send my account to collections. UPDATE: The bridge fell out AGAIN!!!! Second time! Their level of incompetence is astounding.
