I feel so comfortable with their dental services I stayed even though they don't fully accept the Dental Insurance Plan I have. A portion is covered and I pay the balance. I know the integrity, professionalism, cleanliness and skill is the way the office is run on all levels so here I stay. Everyone is super friendly on the Staff. LOVE Innovate Dental…read more I recently left a review on Google, however I have to put it on here! Innovate Dental changed my opinions on dentists! I never truly had a good experience at the dentists office. When I recently moved to the area, I decided it was time to find a new dentist. From the moment I called to schedule the appointment, all the way to meeting Dr. Platt, everyone was beyond kind and caring! They were so helpful! The dental assistant Lori & my dentist Dr. Platt truly changed my mind about going to the dentist! They made me feel extremely comfortable AND they are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to knowing what is really going on. I cannot say how happy I am to be a patient of Dr. Platt, 500 star rating for me!

I made the appointment at the recommendation of my niece who had been seeing Dr. Millett for years and loves him. I learned while making the appointment that Dr. Millett does the Business portion of the practice and no longer practices dentistry. I had an appointment today at 11:40 AM and arrived at 11:20 in order to fill out the paperwork. I was seen at 12 PM and had x-rays but a very professional dental hygienist by the name of Frankie and then I met Dr. Fiect Who examined me, stated that I needed all types of dental work and then said he had no time today to fix my Loose bridge. I insisted that the reason I attended today was because I was medically concerned about it. Because I pressed, he attempted to remove my bridge and then informed me that he would not be able to do so without damaging all the teeth around it. He then asked me if it made me feel any better he could give me antibiotics between now and my next visit if I was concerned about infection. Then I was told that they did not have time to clean my teeth today. I've never had this experience in my entire life. I quickly called my former dentist and made an appointment for Monday morning at 8 AM in order to address my medical concern, and then I filed a formal complaint. Something is seriously wrong there and I informed, my niece that Dr. Millett is no longer the acting dentist.

I leave with bright shiny teeth every time, despite entering with terrible coffee stains. I don't think I've had a single cavity since I started going. Now that I live an hour away; Sue proactively suggested that I schedule cleanings at lunch to avoid morning and afternoon rush-hour traffic. I once showed a day early for a quick check up from the doctor. He was supposed to leave early that day, but I mentioned it wasn't actually dental work. I sat in the chair for less than 30 seconds saving me 2 hours of travel and a second day off from work. They're absolutely amazing, and unlike when I was a child in the 80s, I now look forward to going to the dentist. I don't know the other employees by name, but I have nothing but praise for everyone in that office.

I have been going to friendly dental for 7 years. I've seen all of the doctors except the…read moreorthodontist and all are kind, experienced, and personable. I need periodontal maintenance too so I go there at least four times a year. My last cleaning was completely painless and I'm not the greatest flosser.... I've never had issues with any of the staff. I find the new front desk staff to be very friendly and helpful with insurance questions and appointments. I am never "up sold" on anything like whitening, etc.; in fact, I just came from an appointment with the endodontist (nice, funny, and handsome), thinking for sure I'd need a root canal, only to find out that I don't. Money back in my pocketbook:) I feel badly that the others here on yelp have had bad experiences, but I would recommend the team at Friendly Dental to anyone. I've watched them grow over the years and have only seen customer care improve along with the growth. My whole family and I even drive an hour to get here now, having moved out of the area. Highly recommend!

The staff, from the front desk to the hygienists, has always been professional and pleasant. Always helpful and flexible with scheduling and planning. I never thought I'd be a fan of a dentist. But, there's a first time for everything, I guess. I cannot recommend these guys strongly enough.

FYI- No longer accepting patients with MassHealth apparently…read more Picked up my son early from school to drive 30 minutes to find out they had actually canceled my son's appointment without telling me because apparently they haven't been getting paid from MassHealth "since January". While checking in, they kept spelling my son's name wrong, and when I spelled it again I got attitude, I wasn't trying to be rude, I have a complicated spelling last name. I told them I had been seeing a dentist and hadn't been having any problems and they told me "well they haven't been getting paid," I said, "I don't think so," and then the receptionist said "well you do you." Honesty, I would have laughed had it actually registered in real time. I had asked why no one had told me about this when I called the week prior to RESCHEDULE the appointment to THIS DAY - and they said "we just got the email last Friday," okay, so 7 days ago? Also, if they hadn't been getting paid since January (it's currently May), why are we just now hearing about this? We had also been there since January. So, we took some time to call some other dental offices in Massachusetts and none that we called were having issues with MassHealth. I highly recommend A Mother's Touch Pediatric Dentistry in Fitchburg - they are accepting Mass Health. We also did research to find that Dental offices had to submit new applications by January to receive payments from MassHealth, so hopefully someone's taking care of that over there. Honestly though, an "I'm sorry, someone should have called you" would have gone a long way. Just because we're on Mass Health it does not mean we are uneducated or our time isn't valuable.
