I recently hired Phillip and Nick for a few projects around my home--pressure washing the roof, installing a chandelier, and repairing the pool mastic--and I couldn't be more satisfied with their work. I asked these gentleman to replace a really old, non-working AC with a newer one already installed in our garage wall. They came by and removed the old one (which was really large) and put in the newer one that was relatively smaller. A couple of handymen said that i shouldn't put a smaller AC in the hole for a bigger one as it would require too much work to close the hole around it. These guys thankfully were up to the job. As you can see from the pictures, once the smaller AC was in place, they sealed the extra space around it so it looks as good as new. One of the worst parts about working with 'window AC units' is that none of the HVAC companies will touch them anymore. You pretty much have to go to handymen to get the job done.
