I reached out to The Handyman since I saw the amazing reviews they had on Yelp. Communication was very quick and easy. I ended up having to reschedule the work on short notice due to the birth of my son. They were very understanding and I was able to get them out here to change a couple of bathroom faucets, replace a vanity and top, repair some molding in the kitchen, and install a mirrored medicine cabinet. I had also scheduled them to replace the kitchen sink and faucet, fixing the drywall, and installing the garbage disposal. There was some misunderstanding about the scheduled appointment, but I was very happy when they were able to get the team out to me later that same day. The faucets, medicine cabinet, vanity and top looked great. It was very late in the day so I had to schedule for them to finish fixing the wall since the old vanity was slightly bigger. Also, I had initially scheduled for them to replace the kitchen sink and faucet. Unfortunately, I purchased the wrong sink. So once we nailed down a day, the team came back out to finished repairing the wall in the bathroom, installing the new kitchen sink and faucet. I understand they're very busy and communication/scheduling had some hiccups. The final work product came out great overall. Some minor things I found to be a little dissatisfied with included leaving what appeared to be paint stains on the newly installed bathroom top. Couple spots where they missed painting under the medicine cabinet. I was also somewhat disappointed that they didn't ask me about the soap dispenser that came with the faucet. They just assumed I didn't want to use it since the only opening I had was for the air gap. I don't use the dishwasher so I wanted to have the soap dispenser go there. I tried looking for it and I couldn't find it, maybe they placed it out of my sight but it appeared to be that they put it in the truck. When I asked the worker about it he told me since I had the air gap there was nowhere to put it. I told him I don't need the air gap and I want the dispenser to go there. He retrieved the dispenser and installed it. Overall I was happy with the work done, but to be honest the communication and scheduling could've been better. All this work costed $2400 via Zelle. read more

The day of work arrived and a couple gentleman named Dan and angel showed. I explained to Dan what wanted I wanted. The project was to remove to painted white posts that were ugly and crooked off my porch and wrap or rebuild them with stained cedar wood. Do to the crooked beams after a new concrete pour, Dan gave some great ideas about the build which was appreciated and they got started. They definelty did it the way I wanted with the materials I wanted. The quality of work was great, the communication was great and the job clean up was great.
