While at my moms house we noticed that there was some water leakage in the garage that seemed to come form what we thought was the AC Unit. The Water heater was next to the AC Unit as well but it seemed like maybe the AC drain line was backed up. We made sure that wasn't the issue so the AC Water Heater was next. I reached out to Brian as I have had great experience with him in the past working on my own plumbing issues and he looked it over. We talked about the age of the existing pipes in the house that being 25 years old so we could be running into a slab leak but we couldn't see behind the water heater so we decided to replace the water heater to rule that out so once we pulled out the old water heater we ran a loop on the existing piping behind the water heater to test for leaks and couldn't find anything. What we did fine was the past water heater was not installed properly and the wrong piping was used behind it. We went ahead and replaced it. We noticed that it took over 3 hours to fill the new water heater up when it should only take 15 - 20 minutes. We went ahead and reached out to the water company and found out they also had an issue with water pressure on the service line that they provide so that got repaired. After all that we still found that there was water leaking. Brian also was able to do leak detection in the slab flooring area while at the same time we got our Home Insurance on the line and got their water restoration people lined up to setup blowers and dehumidifiers so we wouldn't have any mold growth. At this point we were dealing with a slab leak so that just comes down to a couple of options. Brian walked us through what those were and we decided to just go ahead and repipe the house as well as replace all the toilets, faucets, shower heads, outside service line, etc. He gave us a great deal due to the length of things we had gone through and he had it done over the next few days. The longest part was getting the county to inspect it. In Summary if your looking for an honest, responsive, flexible, and experienced plumber then look no further. I had a cracked value in my shower. I called and he immediately answered, said he was in the area and said he would right over. He assessed the problem and was able to fix it with the new fixture I had. The price was such a fair and good price I had him do my other shower as well. I told him I needed a new water heater and would call in the near future but his price and urgent need to help prompted me to do it right then. He was over first thing in the morning and replaced it with a new one, again at a very good price within my budget. He even replaced my old outside shut off valve so it would not give me problem in the future. Overall Brian is a very friendly, week seasoned plumber who will go out of his way to help all who call. He even called a few days later to make sure everything was running well and if I wanted any adjustment. Everything was perfect! My garbage disposal was not working so I called on call plumbing. I had purchased a new one from them in October 2024 and they installed it. They said they would come and look at it.
