Recently Rick and Patrick drove north to Jensen Beach to evaluate why the stairs on my 2021 Entegra Odyssey would not retract. They arrived promptly, tested out several possibilities for it not working before installing a new motor. I was thrilled that they had the part with them. I brought my trailer in for repairs, which included addressing several issues, with the primary concern being the malfunctioning trailer lights. Interaction with Business Owner The representative I dealt with, Jerry--who is also the owner--was extremely rude from the start. While some of the repairs were completed, the most important issue, which was repairing the trailer lights, remained unresolved. Jerry explained that he could not repair the trailer lights because he believed there were issues with my truck that prevented him from connecting the lights. Despite discussing and arguing with him about the trailer light connection, he did not resolve the problem. Billing and Outcome: After this unsatisfactory interaction, I decided to leave the business. I was presented with an invoice totaling $600.00 for approximately three hours of labor, which I felt was excessive given that my main concern was not fixed. I paid the invoice, but I was left dissatisfied with the service provided. Resolution at a Different Business: I then visited another business, where the main issue with my trailer lights was successfully resolved in less than 30 minutes.
