Women's Cloudmonster. Bought direct from On website. The bottom is orange. Color comes off on my treadmill and leaves track marks on my floors. Orange bottom also shreds as I run, leaving an orange pile on the floor at the end of my treadmill. The color is now on the belt and gets on my other sneakers. Tracks around my floors. I contacted them via phone, was told I had to complete a warranty claim form. I did that a month ago. Nothing. Terrible customer service. read more

I ordered shoes twice, twice they messed up my order. I didn't get it delivered and they wouldn't refund me.

Ok. This review is for their service and customer service and support services. The shoes are probably the best running/walking shoes you will ever own,.. that being said,.. OMG! So the story is that we have been ON shoe fanatics for years. Way before the started getting big. In fact we travel to a Portland Oregon store - their big shoe store to get new shoes. But we ordered about $600+ worth of shoes and it has been a disaster since day one. So we order the shoes. They generate the receipt and tracking invoice and charge us the full amount. With the expected delivery in a few days. So we got the order and it was LIght. It was missing 75% of the order. But it had the packing slip and shipping numbers so that it showed they sent the entire order. So - I had to hunt down customer service and there is none. So I started a chat that resulted in I cannot help you and I will get right back to you. No one got back,.. So I started a couple on line forms,.. contacted their Instagram page. I even tried calling their listed number and NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE- there is no option to leave messages. Arrrrgh! So I started another chat service aNd after some arguing about yes I got a single delivery. It's missing most of the order,.. magically they send me a screen shot of a new shipping label screen that shows another delivery is started. This is sadly the much abbreviated story,.. but ON Running online service is horrible at best. A little research and I find multiple notes and comments from Customers trying to get help, We live their shoes but I was loosing my mind trying to resolve this. It's actually not resolved. They NEVER emailed an updated packing slip or invoice or even a shipping label. The incompetence is going to kill this store. We LOVE their shoes- but this NUTS!! read more

This is also a review of their customer service. I never had the chance to wear their shoes due to the lack of professionalism with an exchange. They are unavailable and have no clue how to support their customers. If you are going to purchase their shoes I suggest getting them from Nordstroms or another retailer, not through their website.
