Terrible service! Will not be using again! I recently scheduled an appointment for their mobile services for today at 4pm. It is now 4:30 and I have yet to receive a phone call, let alone someone arriving. I have booked with this company a few times, and every appointment the team is either late (hours) or they don't show at all. This is so unprofessional and I am so displeased with the customer service or lack thereof. They have always done a good job on my vehicles...... but the lack of timeliness, effort, and communication is unfortunate. read more

Had the company out to detail the other day for my husbands truck. The detailing job was immaculate. The truck looked great. He was about 2.5 hours late to the job. In the description, it mentioned jobs being pushed an hour or so, but a call will be made. It wasn't made until about 3:30. My biggest complaint is that after the gentlemen completed the job and left, I went to move the truck and it was dead. Overall, he did very well and I consider the detailing worth the money, but if I needed the truck immediately after I would have been left in a tough spot. read more

The service was better than expected. I have cream colored soft interior and Bj was able to get all the marks out of my interior that I requested . From makeup stains on my mirror visor, wine spilled on my back seat which had been stained for almost 2 months to the carpet. This was my first time having my car fully detailed since I purchased it 2 years ago. I have already referred him to other people and friends of mine. They came out and cleaned my brand new car along with my two friends cars. Next morning when we got up to officially look at the cars (because they said they could do it at night and we agreed) we found many flaws in not only the cleaning but DAMAGE TO MY BRAND NEW CAR!!! my roof rack is broken(it won't snap back down) and the molding on not one but TWO of my doors is now falling off!(it keeps getting worse as the days go on) I have sent pictures to show all of the damage and they "owner" Bj said he would get this resolved and he hasn't don't anything besides waste my time. He also stated that none of the issues with my BRAND NEW car is on him or his business. I guess cars just randomly start falling apart? Be very weary of this "company." I hired the owner BJ 2 years ago to detail a vehicle, and he did a fine job. However, when I needed the odor of a milk spill removed 2 weeks ago, BJ was out of town, and 2 of his employees came instead. I was working inside while they "cleaned," and halfway through, I witnessed one of his employees who had very clearly appeared to have become intoxicated/high since we had last spoken pouring laundry detergent into the carpet. They promised to thoroughly rinse and extract this, but after they finished, the smell of detergent was intoxicating. I pressure washed the mats, and soap drained from them for several minutes. I aired the vehicle out for 2 days, but the smell of the milk would not dissipate, and far worse, the chemicals from the detergents seemed to fester and made it impossible to ride in the vehicle without becoming nauseas and developing a sickening headache. "On It" (a very ironic name) repeatedly ignored my texts and phone calls for a week, until I caught them off guard by calling from a different number. They claimed that their phone had been "turned off until um right now," and that BJ himself was back in town and would call me back "in 20 minutes." Three days later, BJ called and apologized profusely, guaranteeing me that he would come the next day to fix the problem. The time came and went, and they ignored several texts and calls. I texted them later that evening to inform them that I would have to call my credit card company to dispute the charge and leave painfully honest reviews for their company online. BJ immediately called me, apologizing again that time had gotten away from them, and he begged me for the opportunity to come the next day to make it right. Against my better judgement, I really wanted to give him one last chance to make things right. Today is that day, and he was supposed to be here 3 hours ago. Once again, they are ignoring my texts and calls. I have been so patient and have given them countless opportunities to remedy the situation. If you for any reason are considering hiring them, I would encourage you to reconsider. read more

Interior only was chosen originally and I have an F150 crew cab. The similar style in your medium trucks picture. When the guys got here two hours late they cleaned the inside but also started on the outside. When the second guy came back after leaving his partner here to do all the work he up charged me saying my truck was large. I tried to explain how I went by their description. So instead of paying around $60 I had to pay $100. I think he wanted to get money back for them washing the outside even though I didn't request that service. Right now I wouldn't recommend your service even though the cleaning was amazing. Crew was 2 hours late-crew did extra work not requested- uncharged me by $40. The web page says I could have paid online or I would have had a quote at arrival. I never got that quote. Poor business practice. I am very sad about this because I really want to support small businesses in my area. I hope things change because I have a car I would love to put in the maintenance program. read more

I scheduled a 10am appointment. At 10:30 someone called to say they would arrive at 11:30am. At noon someone called to reschedule for 4pm. No one showed up at 4pm or even called. At 6pm I received an automated message that my appointment had been rescheduled for 7pm--but no one contacted me to ask if this was convenient. This is a mobile company, so I wasted an entire day (8.5 hours) waiting for them to show up before I cancelled. Because of their poor customer service, I don't recommend them. read more

We had used this service 3 or 4 times prior to the scheduled appointment for Sunday June 12. BJ's work was always great and we did get compliments on our car. BJ and I had communicated a few times prior to Sunday June 12 and I explained I needed it done Sunday because my husband was going to use the car and may have some colleagues ride with him over the week. On Sunday I texted him explaining we were home but taking a nap due to jet lag from our vacation. I told him the car was unlocked & payment in glove compartment. He texted ok. Then texted it would have to be the next day at 6am because he needed to wax a boat. No big deal because my husband's meetings didn't start until Tuesday. I did say 6am was a little early and he texted saying he would be there at 8am. He did not show at 8am. We waited around all day. I even took my gas guzzling truck into town to run errands hoping he would show up at the house to detail the car. At approximately 7:53PM he called. I didn't answer because I was detailing the cars myself! Then he showed up about 10 minutes later AFTER the sun had already set and though it was still light, it was growing dimmer and dimmer by the minute. He said he was sorry about not coming and I said we would be finding someone else. He said "But I am here now" and I repeated we would be finding someone else. I don't know or care what the circumstances were. Showing up 12 hours after the scheduled time is not acceptable. In this day and age we all have phones accessible at all times. If you're not worried about when your vehicle will be done, I would recommend him. His work is very good. But, unfortunately he's not dependable. read more

I am from out of town and wanted to get my car detailed while in Murfreesboro. So I scheduled an appointment wit On It Mobile. At first they seemed responsive and I got text notices of the appointment. On the day of the appointment they called and said they were running late. A half hour after my appointment time they called and asked if they could reschedule until the next morning. I agreed and the appointment was set for 7 am. At 6 am I got a text reminder. At 7 no one showed up nor called. At 730 am I called them but no one would answer. So basically they just blew me off and never showed up. Although it took a couple times to get the detailers to my residence when they finally made it here they did a phenomenal job. Even though they had to deal with blood splatter and dog hair our car looks like it just came out of the showroom! Hopefully we won't need their service again but if so I have no reservations re-enlisting their help. It may take longer then expected but well worth the wait. read more

B.J. cleaned my truck in the FREEZING COLD, several more times on top of that, and has done an amazing job every time. I wanted to have plenty of experiences with him before i wrote a review, but I feel what he did for me on the last wash deserved to be shared. He drove about an hour away to come clean my truck, he had to thaw the ice off with a blow dryer before he could finish cleaning it all the way, and some how it turned out to be a beautiful wash. I highly recommend him to wash any of your vehicles. I have been to many custom clean shops no one takes the time to clean your vehicle like he does! read more

If you're ever in the Nashville area and decide that you want to use On It Mobile, DON'T! We booked for THREE cars and was told that they would be there at 4:30. They actually didn't show up until almost 6! They then said "don't worry about it being dark, we have spotlights!" So once they were finished they took our payments (I paid $188 and Tyler Killingsworth paid $90) and they left. The next morning we woke up to find that they did not do anywhere near even a mediocre job!? We waited for the company to open and called them. They said they would come out and re do Ashley Faye Franklin and Tyler's and refund me for mine. Keep in mind, THIS WAS ON SUNDAY. They came back and took pictures of the vehicles but that's it. They NEVER came back and rewashed them. Since then Ashley's molding and top racks have started coming off (her car is BRAND NEW) they also decided that it would be a good idea to use a degreaser on her TOUCH SCREEN RADIO. BJ the "owner" has since then ignored us, lied to us, has been beyond rude, AND is refusing to give us a full refund. He also posted pictures of our cars and Ashley's house WITHOUT our permission. Then when it was brought to his attention, he deleted the post. He is deleting everything that he can that's being posted about him. I just got off the phone with him and told him I was going to report him to the Better Business Bureau, he said "Alright, tell them I said hi!" read more

We contacted BJ Malone with On It Mobile Detailing about a month ago & scheduled an appointment to have the inside & outside of our Jeep deep cleaned, washed & waxed the next afternoon. He called the next day to let us know he was running late & then arrived about an hour past our scheduled time. About 3 hours later it was getting dark & starting to sprinkle, so he asked if he could come back the next morning to wax it & do the windows. It was difficult to see the Jeep well in the dark, but since he had been there 3 hours we assumed everything else was done. He then asked to be paid. We wrote him a check for the full amount ($160) because he said most of the work was done, & we trusted him to come back the next day. He had several positive online reviews & we have a few mutual Facebook friends, so we didn't think it would be an issue. That was our error. He never showed up the next day & didn't return multiple phone calls or texts. We were able to get in touch with someone who works for him, & they told us they had been unable to reach him as well. After taking a closer look at the Jeep in the daylight, we found that there were streaks on the outside of the Jeep, the wheels had not been cleaned, there was water dripping down the inside of the doors, the headliner had not been cleaned, the touch screen had a streaky residue on it & there were still several dirty areas on the interior that should have been addressed. Aside from cleaning the carpets & doing a shoddy job washing the outside of the vehicle, I'm honestly not sure what he was doing for 3 hours. After multiple attempts to contact him for the next several days, he finally returned our call & said he'd been sick with the flu. Apparently he was too sick to send a text or make a phone call but not too sick to deposit our check. He assured us that he would be back on the following Saturday morning to finish the job. He then called a couple hours before the scheduled time & rescheduled to later in the afternoon because of rain in the morning forecast. He was supposed to arrive at 1:00 & again never showed up. After a few more days of attempts to contact him, he finally returned our call & said he would send someone else out to finish the job, return half of our money & give us a few weekly maintenance cleanings free of charge. That was a week ago, & we haven't heard back from him since despite multiple attempts to contact him. I'm not sure how he ended up with the positive reviews he has online considering how extremely unprofessional our experience with him has been. With how many detailing options there are in the area, I would strongly consider using someone else. At the very least, wait for him to finish the job & inspect his work before you pay him because he'll rip you off & disappear. read more
