This is my first time here. I watched the guy at the beginning of the wash yell at the person in front of me for some reason. When it was my turn to enter the wash I was waiting for him to direct me because I did not know if my car was lined up with the rails or not and he yelled for me to come on and flailed his arms to follow his directions. Avoid this car wash. I've been wanting to give this place a try. Took the SUV there after the recent travel. Big mistake. I always come here and leave a 15-20$ tip spend 49$ on the super wash because I know my car is DIRTY. I left the ticket In the machine on accident and when the guy asked for it he was clearly pissed. Shaking his head. When he retrieved it and placed it in my car I said thank you. And he started at me like I was crazy!!! It deff made me regret leaving a tip/coming here in the first place! I would have liked to have left a five star review, hoping my car left that way, but it did not. For $50 for a full service wash, I would expect I wouldn't have to tell the guys to dry the car off better, to clean the wheels that they missed altogether, the dash was not fully wiped down. then after I left realized the windows are spotted and the side mirrors are also. They are one of the only local car washes that still do interior/exteriors, so I used them regularly. Sadly their work is becoming inconsistent. If it's busy, and they are often understaffed, the work will often be less than promised. Staff sometimes seem bothered you are giving them work? The $49 interior/exterior (plus tip) is expensive for what it is-and when things are just skipped, it drives me to not return. If I pay for the tire shine I want it, shouldn't have to ask or inspect it to be sure. Hope they are able to get it turned around. Have to deliver at their price point. If I have to wait an extra five or 10 minutes until the car is done properly I'm happy to do that but rushing me off the lot with a car not done because you're busy --doesn't work.. read more

Return to this car wash recently that I've been to several times. Took my Silverado 2500 in. The inside was done fair nothing great. The dashboard still had some of dog hair still on it. The outside was clean completely to my satisfaction, but the inside of the car left a lot to be desired. The windows were clean, but heavily streaked. When the sun hit him, I could not even see out the window at all. The back window was not even touched. I'm gonna have to start considering a new car wash. I don't like to self serve ones and there's not many choices in our area for complete car washes. But at this point, I'm willing to drive out of the area to get it done and get it done right. The staff seemed extremely friendly. They just don't do a good job of cleaning the cars. From the other reviews that I have read here, they're either five star or very low. That shows a very inconsistent work ethic there. If I was to make one recommendation, it would be to find out who was working at the time those reviews came, although that may be impossible. One bad Apple can ruin a complete business. And trust me I want to see this business succeed. Franklin needs a car wash that does a good job cleaning and I hope these folks can pull it off. read more

Very professional and kind! I got the car full service inside and out for $45. The interior is spotless and the exterior sparkles. They took my trunk mat out to vacuum and wipe down. The waiting area is clean and quiet. There was even kids selling lemonade at their waiting room stand. All in all very happy with this car wash. I paid for a $10 car wash. The guy said no wiping or tires dressing. Okay, I ran through and drove right straight to store , got out and noticed it was soap film on it and didn't wash any dirt off at all. Drove back and showed the first guy how it looks worse, and his words are, "$10 wash doesn't clean, no refund"! What? I pay $10 and it's suppose to look worse? "No refund, $10 doesn't clean!" After going back and forth, I went inside and explained to manager it looks worse. First guy was pleading his case that a $10 car wash doesn't clean and if I expected a clean vehicle, I needed to pay more! What? I was nice and polite and after pleading my case, manager Gave me a refund, then left and went home and washed it myself and took twice as long because soak film was bad and also dried up!
