I've been wanting to get my case detailed for a while so I started looking around and came across these guys. I booked my appointment and stopped by in the morning when it was scheduled. They promptly took my car into the bay and started; it was really nice not having to wait around. I got the basic level detail, which took about an hour, and they did a great job. When I left I noticed some scratches on my drivers side door, so I gave them a call and they told me to bring it in and they would look at it. When they looked into it they told me that it was a small set of scratches from donating previous and the wax made it more pronounced. With all of the chaos driving through Nashville it definitely didn't surprise me. The owner himself even came out to look at it and did his best to buff them out. After all was said and done they did a fantastic job and you couldn't even notice the scratches. Fast service + a beautifully clean car -- what more can you ask for? Nothing. I arrived thinking I'd get package 1 (no appointment needed for it). However, I ended up getting package 2. They were able to fit me in (I wasn't sure if they had preexisting appointments that I would conflict with). There were several people getting their cars cleaned at the same time. For a full detail, many places would charge more, especially when it's hand done. I appreciate their workmanship. Every employee was friendly & the waiting area was comfortable. I am truly speechless. My car is a 1999 4Runner that has seen some LIFE if you know what I mean. I've never gotten the seats or carpets detailed before but after the storms and the water damage they left last week I had to get it cleaned. It was starting to smell bad and the stains on the seats from the prior seats needed love. Music City Auto Spa was not only quick with an estimate, but they did an amazing job. It is really hard for me to judge this business. I honestly just went in the middle here. I found by looking for a mobile detailing company. They replied to a yelp search. Only issue is they were not mobile. It was raining so I have no clue if it was a good job. It was a different price than they quoted me (my favor). They did not have credit card machines that were working. The people were nice. The place clean but far from where I was. If I had not committed to a reservation I would have canceled. read more

I drove my Cadillac from Cali to Nashville, so it definitely needed a wash. I always went to a 100% Hand Car Wash in Cali, and I wanted to find one here. After looking at multiple places, I found that Music City Auto Spa had the best ratings, so I decided to try them out. I recommend MCAS 10/10. The hand car wash in Cali had a tunnel that the car went through, then it was hand washed. MCAS was completely hand washed, without a tunnel. I bought a new truck, 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz. My 2nd vehicle with them. I called them, as it was an hour from closing, and asked if I could come. He said yes. I drove in so much traffic, that I got there after closing. He stayed, cleaned my truck, and an hour and a half after closing, I finally left with my truck the cleanest I've seen it (I bought it in the rain, so I've never seen it completely cleaned before haha).
