I did a google search on appliance repair in the Manchester area and Glenn's Appliance was in the…read moresearch. I have an LG washer and he told me on the phone that they do not service LG. First suggestion, please list certain brands on your repair page that you do not fix. It would have saved both of us time. So, I ask for a recommendation for a business in the area who repairs LG. (As a side note, I operate a small mom & pop operation and if I cannot help a customer, I will tell them where they can find what they need. I find that this helpfulness brings them back to me.) The guy on the phone tells me that "No one does. LG's are very tough to work on and their parts are hard to find." It turns out that that was an outright lie. I called "Mr. Appliance" next. They informed me that they could help. They even emailed me a confirmation of the appointment and included a photo of their technician so that I would know beforehand who would be in my home. They sent a guy out to my house, he listened to my machine and then diagnosed it and had it fixed in just about 20 minutes. They accepted cash/checks/credit cards right on the spot. They then proceeded to email me a receipt and one day later, another email to thank me again and check on how the washing machine was. Because in this on particular instance Glen's chose not to help in any capacity, I would never personally purchase anything from them and I will continue to let others know how unprofessional that business is. A few days ago I asked them to come get my machine to perform the 350 hr service "in-house" so that it could be pressure washed and when they brought it back to my house "Rocky" their delivery person plowed my driveway for me prior to putting my tractor away. I can not say anything more than these people are fantastic!! I will be upgrading my tractor soon and will be buying from them, no doubt about it!!

The Kirby was missing a wheel and the electrical cord had a short in it. The Electrolux needed a new hose and also had electrical issues in the cord. All the parts, hoses that we needed were in stock in spite of both these machines being older than 27 years old! The cost was very reasonable and the people were exceptional. My 27 year old Kirby works as if I just bought it and the Electrolux works like it did 30 years ago. This is now our "go to" place for purchasing our bags and any other parts needed for our vacs.
