Me and my mom are white she seem to be slightly better to my mom and me. Which made me notice the racism. I do not care if you're the owner or an older lady that needs another job but in this days and age you can't treat people like this and have the company thrive. Racism is unacceptable. Her actions were rude and racists. From the way she conducted herself its time to retired. She made sure for us too know she's been in retail for so long. Her attiude and racist actions does not reflect this company well. If it was my company I would let her go. Retirement time. She's burnt out with people and retail.
