He looked over my panel and my homes electrical needs and he wondered why my insurance company would require this change. He didn't see a need for the upgrade under my current circumstances. After his visit, I contacted my insurance company and found they were misinformed about the type of panel I had and once this info was corrected....I no longer had to do an upgrade. Although I ended up not doing business with Pete's company, I am thankful for how he handled this. I never felt any pressure from him to do this job. Amazing!!!! I strongly recommend avoiding this company. Zero stars if possible…read more My experience was extremely disappointing. I paid over $750 for a re-install, but the original problem was never resolved. When I contacted them to come back and address the issue, instead of standing behind their work, they told me I needed over $1,000 in additional repairs. I questioned whether those repairs were actually necessary, and rather than answering my questions, their response was simply, "Do not waste our time." That level of customer service was shocking, especially after I had already spent hundreds of dollars with them. To make sure I wasn't being unreasonable, I spoke with multiple other repair companies and the manufacturer. Based on those conversations, I was told the additional repairs they recommended were unnecessary. However, because this company insisted the repairs were needed, I had another contractor perform the work. After that, I contacted this company again regarding the original problem that still existed. They then told me that because I had another company perform the additional work, they would not come back to address or stand behind their original repair. In my opinion, this is not an honest company. They charged me for work that did not fix the problem, recommended costly additional repairs that others told me were unnecessary, refused to answer reasonable questions about those recommendations, and ultimately refused to stand behind their original work. I have the text message exchanges documenting these interactions. They clearly show how dismissive they were and how they avoided answering my questions instead of explaining or supporting their recommendations. The messages speak for themselves. I would not use this company again, and I would not recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable service. Avoid at ALL cost.
