Quote looked good to me. I scheduled the work a few days out from initial contact. Communication was excellent as to when they would show up and they showed up right within the arrival window. When the technician arrived he was pleasant, listened to what I wanted, and offered some great suggestions. A couple hours later I had what I wanted. It couldn't have gone better. Had all the right gear and the right anchors to support my 75" TV, which wasn't made to be the lightest. Put down drop cloth and cleaned along the way. Had a helper to split the work and get the job done fast. I did t have to lift a finger. Provided some good advice on placement and AV design. Although my needs were basic, they seem knowledgeable in setting up full blown home theatre systems. They were responsive even though they were busy going from one job to the next. I guess when you're decent at your job a lot of folks hire you. I would use them again in the future.
