After a thorough analysis of our original setup, Brayan identified that we were a great candidate for moving from a tank water heater to a tankless water heater. He pointed out additional things that other groups hadn't mentioned (the other groups were very good as well, so we are talking about minor details) which gave us the confidence in how he was going to fulfill the work. Things didn't go as planned originally and after the installation, we had a error code from the heating unit. Brayan made sure to schedule time to come out quickly and fix the problem including working with the manufacturer to ensure that all installation items had been properly addressed. The issue didn't relate to the original installation, but he was able to diagnose the problem and get a solution that would allow us to monitor any future related issues as well. He isn't the cheapest solution, but he also isn't the most expensive. Most importantly, he made it right and I have significant confidence in his ethics and integrity regarding the work.
