So I decided to call Yucaipa Trailers and spoke with Andrew. He answered all my questions, text me some actual specific pictures and gave me a great deal on a new trailer all done over the phone. Andrew handled everything including financing options all just with a simple phone call. I got up the next morning and drove to Yucaipa Trailer and my trailer was waiting for me to pick it up. It was exactly as Andrew said. No hidden fees no games no BS just good old fashion customer service. Did I mention Yucaipa Trailer saved me several thousand dollars. Definitely worth the drive. They have a huge selection to choice from. If you are wanting a flat car trailer, enclosed cargo, enclosed custom car carrier, work trailer, utility trailer Yucaipa Trailers has what you need at the best prices. I highly recommend them. Have a Blessed Day !!!

Not only tilt bed, but hydraulic power. Heavy duty! Great customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable of my specifications and I was still surprised by the features on the trailer. He also replaced the awning fabric which I provided. We noticed huge scratches on it right above the door on the new fabric when it is rolled up. The new awning came with a new pull strap and anchors and anchor lines. Hector decided to use the old strap and did not provide the other parts. When we picked the trailer up and paid, he got it out of storage with a forklift, parked it at the curb and just left, didn't go over the repairs or anything with us, just left. When we backed up to hook up to the truck, both batteries were stone dead! This was because he left my rv out on the street all week using battery power during the repairs and didn't bother to plug it to charge it when I told him I would pick it up the following afternoon after work. I guess that's why he split so fast. A mysterious new dent in the skirting near the slide where they working appeared! Rugs in the trailer were flipped over while they were working and were filthy from their footprints on the underside. So lazy and ghetto! Failed to pull one of the wheel chocks when he was moving it and crushed it, found that after arriving home to unhook. Very disappointed in Half-assed Hector and his business. Never again! Go somewhere else!

Experience: I had a appointment for a hitch install at 10 AM. I arrived a little before 10 for check-in. There was a few people in line ahead of me and only 2 employees available to help. Once I got to the counter then guy who helped me told me he needed to check with his mechanic to see how many cars were ahead of mine. He then came back to say that there was another car in front of me, and asked if I could come back at 1 PM. Wasn't happy about that because what was the point of making my appointment? So I left and came back exactly at 1 PM. The employee then told me that their mechanic is going to lunch and will be back in 30 then he'll work on my car. He also informed me that it was going to be a 2-hour wait for the install. So I asked if I could just drop it off and they could call me when they were ready, which they informed was fine. Luckily, the mechanic was able to get the hitch installed within the 2-hour timeframe. I was just pretty disappointed in how unorganized the process was. Overall, my hitch looks great and I am happy with how it came out.

This was after going in person twice a month to see progress. At the beginning Ray would tell me it would be done in 2 weeks numerous times which was a lie. Ray was very good at asking for more money. When I finally picked up my RV it was filthy, and I had to call AAA for a jump because the batteries were dead. Tape residue is all over some tape still needed to be peeled off. The paint job itself is less than professional there are areas on the passenger side that look like a spray can finish. One of the stripe colors do not match . Ray's reply to that was in 2 years it will blend on with the other colors. In conclusion I wouldn't sent my worst enemy to this establishment.

And linen, they should remove that amenity from their website and you should bring sleeping bags, JIC. And coffee, if that's important to you make sure you ask about a carafe in your unit. Lots of coffee makers, but no carafes. The Toy Haulers are a bit banged up but the air, refrigerator and electrical outlets worked this year. The first year the blinds fell down every time we closed the door and the mattress was thin. The next year the blinds were fixed and the mattress was plush, but some overhead lights were out and electrical outlets in the kitchen area didn't work. This year we got the exact same RV as last year (a toy hauler) and it looked pretty beat up inside, my husband didn't seem to care, but his wife, me thought it a little yuck. However, the A/C was en pointe, the refrigerator and freezer worked and both doors opened and closed properly. All of the electrical outlets worked and no blinds fell off. The bathroom was super clean and they brought by toilet paper. There was a toaster and coffee maker but no carafe. There was a mattress protector and 3 pillows in the master bed, but no linen. The memory foam mattress was heaven to sleep on. The awning never did work, or at least we couldn't get it to open, so we stayed inside. Not sure if the radio worked, last year it didn't work, but we had a JBL Bluetooth speaker so we didn't try. Five of the eight RV were great with A/C, fridge, water and microwaves. And, Jeff did come back in the middle of the night to try to fix problems and the price was right. I would suggest that you make sure you ask lots of questions about what is important for you to have a great trip. One RV though had no oven door, a freezer door that came off in the guy's hand, no linen and a mattress so thin it was like sleeping on a slab, but I'm sure Jeff reimbursed him for the cost of linen and ice.
