Called Wippert's to schedule service. their scheduling out 60 days for service seems excessive from a customer point of view. All of the repair items and services I was seeking, I was able to schedule and have completed within a 3 week period. Wippert's would not do the repair of the Water Heater Bypass Valve due to difficult location and did not want to do the repair. I located a RV repair shop in Mentone that scheduled me in with a 2 week waiting period, was able to complete all repairs requested at a fair and honest price. When Wippert's replaced my 4 Trojan house batteries after I purchased the coach used, there was a cable laying across one of the batteries that was supposed to be mounted to the side of battery compartment. On our first outing, we went to Death Valley to dry camp for 4 days. When we got there, the house batteries were completely dead. We were forced to leave Death Valley and ended up in a full hook up site 60 miles away in Pahrump, NV. While there I called in a mobile repair service. The technician identified in less than 5 minutes the loose cable on the battery said it most likely had shorted and mounted it on the side wall where it belonged ( I feel Wippert's erred by not correcting this defect when replacing the house batteries). Shortly after returning from the trip, I noticed that the one battery was swollen and the top was raised. I took it back to Wippert's and they charged me to replace the bad battery and re-used the Pro fill battery watering kit, that I had them install when the batteries were installed. For more than 2 years now, the replaced battery has leaked water when filling with the Pro Fill system (all the other batteries are fine). I called Pro Fill and they told me the kit is not designed to be re-used when replacing batteries. Wippert's said they could not source the Pro Fill 2 battery kit. I ordered it on Amazon and had in 2 days. With the current supply chain issues, sourcing product and parts can be a challenge, but if you remain persistent often times you find what you need out there somewhere. Anyway, I have a new living room slide awning, non leaking, functioning house battery system and a repaired water heater by pass valve all done in less than 3 weeks after scheduling. I was fortunate to find other repair services that are able to accept the work and complete in timely manner.

This shows again there is no supervision and absolutely no quality control whatsoever. We were told that our awning would be a "couple inches shorter" due to the fabric having to be "folded" and sewn. Before paying, i opened awning & realized that the awning was was not "shorter" as stated by Federico. I went up onto the roof and sure enough, Saw that they used duct tape instead of Sewing! Federico stated he was unaware of this but it would last longer? Really?? There is no oversight of work performed on RV's We also paid Nathan to have faucets replaced at kitchen & bath and they only "hand tightened" fittings and now we have water damage inside of our cabinets. I also asked Nathan to fix the latch on my screen door and when I arrived, they were spraying a can of WD-40 into the latch instead of replacing as I was told they were going to do. The WD-40 ran down onto my steps and was tracked in across the floor, No clean up or apologies. Again, No oversight or supervision whatsoever on multiple requested repairs. You can see my other review regarding the wallpaper install disaster that has led me to file a small claims case. They will put you off forever promising repairs and then state that you are "out of warranty" I threatened litigation and they agreed to repair bad wallpaper install to only make it worse by the unqualified "auto mechanics" I asked for my monies to be returned for original wallpaper install that had bubbles throughout and enough wallpaper for replacement As I no longer trust Overland to do any repairs on our coach. Both Federico and Nathan have refused this request and so we will be heading to court. In a nutshell, they installed bad wallpaper that bubbled throughout, they put me off for 2-1/2 years without excuse after excuse, and when I finally threatened litigation, they agreed to repair all areas of concern. unqualified technicians went in and made it worse and caused substantial damages to woodwork and trim. Now they tell me I'm out of warranty. Nope!

Called owner Freddy & son Nate and they said they could strip the vinyl and paint new stripes with my own paint colors. They were very fair priced and said they could get it done in two weeks before a big camping trip. I pulled the trigger and glad I did. They buffed out all the painted surfaces and fiberglass then clear coated the entire motorhome. Turned out FANTASTIC. Freddy even traded my older motorhome for a fair labor trade. First camping trip found a lot of electrical issues and Overland RV took care of those too. Honest and trustworthy family owned business. PS - These bad consignment reviews are a joke. These Karens have obviously never gone through a a consignment sale tied up with banks/loans and legal when selling vehicles. It takes MONTHS. Go to Overland RV, you won't be disappointed.

DO NOT USE THIS MAN FOR REPAIRS OR RV PURCHASING!!!!!! Would give less stars if I could. "Nick"…read morescammed me and then tried to gaslight me into believing it was my fault that he sold me a trailer that had known NON COSMETIC issues. I bought a trailer, drove up to take a look at it, was told MULTIPLE TIMES "it only had cosmetic issues" and I was sure to clarify this was the case. Of course he lied, brought it to where it's supposed to be hooked up and spent over $2,500.00 to park it, hooked it up, there's a massive leak with the kitchen sink, MAJOR water damage which revealed a soft spot after it was exposed / once it flooded for a few hours. When I looked at the trailer I noticed the cabinets had started to swell at the base and they seemed very moist, he assured me AGAIN That there was no water damage LMFAO, bullshit. But I believed him, which was dumb on my part, but he confidently told me he and the professional he uses inspected it. I naively believed him thinking he wasn't a liar. It clearly had been inspected recently and that leak was probably noticed when the cabinets swelled. Apart from that there are exposed wires, the AC / furnace and thermostat doesn't work, several windows don't operate fully, there is horrible rodent issue (this is old, not recent) spent $9,500.00 on the trailer (negotiated from $10,900) then spent another $2,500 to park it where I'm staying for work, about $1,500 for an inspector and mechanic, and am about to spend another couple thousand to have everything thoroughly inspected and quoted for repairs that way I have enough documentation to drag this man to small claims court and be reimbursed for every penny spent on this trailer as well as what was spent after to discover these issues because this is absolute BS. Moral of the story -- this sale is going to cost him money, all he had to do was be honest. Oh also... He tried to claim that he offered numerous times to help me out or to work with me when that is not the case. Our entire text chain is him denying that he did anything wrong and denying that there are any issues which is just wild. This guy is smart. He knows exactly what he's doing And he thinks he's being smart by not admitting to fault through text. The thing is when you post an ad stating that this trailer has no issues, is ready to go, has only cosmetic damage etc... and the trailer has a history / maintenance record that says otherwise -- That was your first mistake. Pro tip- just be honest. Don't confidently scam people who are just looking to buy a trailer. If the trailer has issues, disclose them!

We were looking for an indoor storage facility that we could trust with such a valuable purchase to keep it safe and out of the elements but also be taken care of like we would ourselves. Not only is Jose knowledgable and very kind, this entire experience we have had from day 1 has been nothing short of incredible. Jose and Michael have been right there whenever we arrive, ready to go, and ready to help in any way possible. We have had additional challenges that are completely out of the realm of storing an RV and they both have been right there to help as if they were part of our family. In a world where kindness and going above and beyond seems like its almost non existence you can tell that this is just their way of doing things. Not only is it refreshing, it releases so much stress on us and has been a huge blessing. I could go on about how great they are. If you are thinking about giving Premier Indoor Boat and RV Storage your business, don't walk, run. They are incredible!

Let's start out by saying I've been a long time customer. Since 2019. Storing my 36 ft class A. I…read morehave used their indoor and outdoor services. Over the years I have seen the quality of service rapidly decline. The place is packed and there's barely ever anyone there to help you. If there is it's usually someone maybe around 20 years old that's goofing around and could care less about you. They also will never have any answers to anything. I had my RV outside but they were packing it in like a sardine and I wanted it indoors for the summer days to preserve the roof. So I laid a premium. At the time around 550. For indoor service plus an extra 25 for 20 amp to keep the battery's healthy. Welp. Not sure what they did. When I checked my rv out - the batteries were completely shot. Can't even ignite the generator. These are new batteries btw. Also my leveling system is going nuts and beeping. So now I have to take my rv in for repair. Even though I have textual proof they PROMISED to take care of the electric. But then it gets worse! I realized the sliding plastic protector on my screen door that prevents people from getting to the handle from the outside was completely missing. I looked on the ground and there were a few broken pieces. Meaning someone broke it and hid the evidence. But we're so dumb they left a few pieces behind. So then I snooped around and realized that someone had Belen sleeping in my bed! I could tell from the sheets and pillow indentation. You see what they don't know is I had the RV staged for sales photos with very nicely made up bedding. And hand driven it at all since making the bed. So needless to say I packed her up immediately and drove her to a place that is half the price up the street with my own spot and gated security. What's the point of trusting your RV to a premium full service place that's not going to do any service and break in and use your RV as a resting spot? Oh. And they hiked the rates up because you know "the times" and I was paying I think around 630/mo by the end. I don't understand why they have so many good reviews. I can only imagine they buy them or they are legacy. This place is so dumb there's also only one code for the secure gate. They change it maybe once every two years. I'm fairly confident I could go back. Gain entry and walk right into someone's RV if I wanted to. Best avoid. Save your money and look up the 15 a little bit. Much better options.
