Unfortunately, when I placed an order with this company, they took the order and then emailed me back to say they didn't have the color I wanted. "Hello Ryan, I'm out of blue mats. I have red, black, gray or lime green." Chris D. So, I changed to a color they did have; then I got an email from Kim N. at accounting saying she is unable to ship my product to a different address than the credit card billing address. "Because you're a first-time customer, we will have to ship to the billing address of the credit card used. This is for the protection of the card hold and for ourselves. But once we build a rapport with you, we will then allow you to ship to a different address." So, I called her to reassure her that everything was correct to no avail. I happened to notice that we are living in 2024 and if I am required to pay $27.58 worth of shipping, I should get to say where to deliver it. Come on guys, you can do better than this. read more

If you're looking for friendly, helpful, and courteous service. This IS NOT the place! I figured I was in the area, about 40 minutes from my home, and could pick up a heim joint for my spare tire rack on my Jeep. I stopped there to get it, but I hadn't removed it. I hoped they'd either know by looking at it or help me out. When I walked in, there were three other employees hanging out at the counter. I was the only customer. I showed one of them a picture I took of it. I told him I hadn't removed it yet, but that it was right outside. He promptly told me he'd need it removed to help me. I asked if he had a couple of wrenches I could use (two 1/2 inch wrenches or vise grips would have been fine. It was a five minute job). He told me no. I pleaded that I didn't want to drive all the way home to just take the joint off. He told me I could drive to an autoparts store and buy some tools. He made no attempt to help me out. He didn't offer to take a quick look at it, he didn't care that I'd have to drive home to remove it, and he couldn't be bothered to loan me some simple tools to help me out at all. Again, I was the only customer. They weren't busy, and there were three of them. I'm old school. Take care of your customers and they'll take care care of you. What would it have hurt to help me out? Five minutes of courteous attention would have made this a five-star review rather than the 1 star review they deserve. I want to support local brick and mortar businesses, but not if they treat customers like this! I'll go on Amazon where I know I can get it cheaper! read more

My buddy had mentioned "Kartek" a while back when shopping around for some fuel lines, So I though id pay this place a visit. I really needed some oil lines and AN Fittings to complete my oil cooler, Kartek delivered! customer service was awesome and professional. Representative definitely knew all his stuff. He made things super quick and easy, my purchase was over $100 so I qualified to be in super awesome raffle. They even had a table full of treats, my son definitely enjoyed. This will be my To-Go place indeed. I'm not an off-Road guy, more a Subaru enthusiast. But they pretty much have everything I need. Update. I got call from Kartek saying I won a Raffle! I ordered online and was contacted to let me know one of my items is on back order. My project is very time sensitive ... and they had the only parts that would work. I started to panic a little and called to find out if they had an alternative suggestion. The only alternative was 4x the price and made of a material that wouldn't work out for what I was doing. Then came Brad... he was simply OUTSTANDING!!! He even offered me the part number for another company so I could complete my project which is way above and beyond amazing customer service! Before I could even order the part... he called me back to let me know he may have found the part at his partner company and was going to see if he could drive over the the next day to verify. HE DID IT!!! He managed to scrounge up all the parts I needed and shipped it out on a Friday & I received it Saturday mid morning! Only place for miles that had the shocks I needed. I live 40 miles away so I raced down to pick them up. Bought them and went to my Jeep, double checked and saw they gave me the wrong rear sets so I went back in and they guaranteed me they were the right ones. Well I drive all the home and guess what, they were the wrong ones. Didn't have time to drive all the way back down before they closed so my weekend plans that I made a month ago had to be canceled. So 160 mile round trip later and $50 in gas wasted they swapped them out for the right ones. All I got was a slight attitude over the phone and a weak apology. Bought some parts because the sales man said they would work for my RZR. I went home and sure enough it didn't fit. So I went back after a couple weeks assuming they had a 30 day return policy like every other retail store. I sent my wife to do the return with the receipt thinking there shouldn't be any problems. Sure enough there is a 15% restocking fee. Sure whatever no problem it sucks but I'll take it. Oh wait they have a 7 day return policy. All in all Kartek can suck a D***. Buy your parts online/Mckenzies or any but here. Just know they are a bunch of scum bags who really don't have much knowledge of the product they sell just some monkeys pushing paper work and over charging you. read more

Do not purchase from this shop! I went in with an old set of centerline rims that I wanted to put new tires on and was told by "beanie boy" that my rims were shot and should be replaced. Taking his advise and $600 later I walked out with the new rims valve stems and tires that were supposed to hold air without an inner tube. One of the rims did not hold air after mounting the new tire to it because air was leaking from between the seem just below the lug nuts and when I called in to confirm they had another rim in stock and told them about the wheel that was leaking through the welded seem, I was told "thats funny we've never had that complaint before" and to either purchase a tube or to put some type of sealer in the tire to stop the leak. Beanie boy says "That is how centerline wheels work! Well these are not centerline wheels and by his advise It was suggested I purchased this new wheel that would not leak because they were welded together and not riveted. Well the wheels were welded together and you can clearly see where the weld was not completed where it started and does not overlap which is the manufacturers mistake and Kartek says "Sorry there is nothing we can do for you and you'll have to figure it out. Is this how customers are to be treated? I own my own business and I can tell you if I did not do my best to remedy a problem a told a customer to go pound sand I would not have a business. So buyer beware this company is selling products that they will not stand behind which tells me that the quality is not there and probably came from China. Also they do not give a dam about their customers or the customers SAFETY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. read more

I had a frustrating experience and felt a little scammed by them. Because of this I had originally written a 1-star negative review. They saw this review and same day offered to refund my money and apologized for the problem. As great as this was, (and this is why I have changed my review) The problem never would have happened if their website was accurate. I was looking for something specific, they claimed to have it, and I ordered it. But I received something different. On top of this, one of the components was damaged on arrival but not beyond repair. I have incredibly bad luck ordering parts for my sand rail and have had to return/exchange so many items I've lost count... (at no fault by me I might add) Because of this, I don't have a lot of patience when I have to deal with it from any vendor. They were better than most on a resolution though so I have to give them props for that. I just really wish I didn't have to deal with this yet again in the first place... I don't want to deal with sending items back, waiting for refund, then ordering from someone else, and waiting for it to arrive, just to maybe deal with the same issue from another vendor... I'll make what I have work because at this point, I just want to drive my damn sand rail! read more

the employees are always helpful and always willing to work with you when you walk in the door. visited them yesterday to get my brother a racing suit, shoes, and gloves. after him trying on 3 different suits and a few pairs of shoes, I would of been annoyed as an employee! but they were helpful through out it all. read more
