    This place is pretty cool. Put the Offroad tabs to use on one of our sewer hydro Jetter that kept on getting the hose damaged because of bad positioning. They have a large selection of stuff and the staff is pretty cool.

    This place can get you whatever you want. I'd stay away from Beenie he's a snob. If they don't have it they'll order it.

Even showed him a letter from my bank that it was deducted from my account. After 20mins of him looking through their books, called corporate... he came back rude & said it doesn't show in his system. Asked for my # & said corporate will call me. Also asked to take a copy of the receipt... well I didn't wait for that call. I just let my bank handle it at this time. Manager was rude as hell (German) to me like as if I stole from him. I told him yo go back & check his cameras. There he'll find his thief.

The service clerk who assisted me on a prior visit had sold me the incorrect bulb, so I returned to the store seeking an exchange for the correct part. When I explained the issue, a woman from behind the counter came forward to assist. After looking at the bulb, she insisted it was the correct part. I explained to her that it did not fit my vehicle. Instead of working with me to resolve the situation, her response was dismissive and unhelpful. I left the store feeling frustrated, unassisted, and dissatisfied with the service I received. As a customer, I expect AutoZone staff to provide accurate information and courteous service. This experience fell far short of that standard. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and addressed so that future customers do not experience the same treatment. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response. The reason for my one star wishing I can put negative stars is for a female who assisted us first but before that while in line they are having a conversation with another employee and cussing out loud not showing professionalism. Once we were assisted by this female worker, just finding excuses to turn us away not understanding our request and not taking their time to look for our previous purchases or receipts. I feel very bad for the store manager as it shows she does not respect Octavian as a manager. I hope this gets looked into by district managers because imagine how many other customers have to receive bad customer service and be turned away feeling like there's no solution to their requests. But BIG 5 stars to store manager Octavian thank you.

    You just have to laugh when the lead Yelp review for DeMello is from Tony K in 2023. Well, DeMello has delivered exactly the opposite of everything this guy said line by line. Ordered over $12k of product (bumpers, shocks, sliders, etc) April of 2025. As of today nothing has been completed with my order and as many before me have been saying - this guy just can't deliver! Have called, written, and texted Jason DeMello more than 20 times and all I ever get is no completion date or finished product. Completely unprofessional operation and recommend not spending any of your money with these knuckleheads - unless you want to pay for something and never actually get it. I've had to request my bank try and claw back the deposit money since the response from them has been zero.... Give this place a COMPLETE PASS!

I ordered a bumper on 10/28/24. Yes, 2024. As of today that's 444 days. Almost 64 weeks. Website says 4-12 weeks for production, for what it's worth. Anyway, I follow up on 3/7/25 (more than 16 weeks later) for an update and request a refund if the bumper hasn't moved into production yet. I'm told "Bumper is currently in the cut and bend stage, welding is next. Should be done soon. I'm sorry for the delay." Great. Longer than advertised lead times, but so it goes. Stoked to get the bumper. Two months pass with no update and no bumper. Starting to get annoyed, I follow up on 5/7/25 with a refund request. No reply. Follow up again 5/22/25 and he asks for my order number, which is at the bottom of the email if he wanted to scroll down. Fine. Months pass. Still nothing. Follow up again 8/6/25. Nothing. Again on 8/8/25. "We were over whelmed by the number of refunds we have encountered in recent months, due to underestimated lead times and we are sorry. We are addressing and refunding them in the order they were received. I will update you as soon as I can." More months pass. Nothing. Another follow up on 10/15/25 asking if they can process my refund already and just get "Sure can". Still nothing. Follow up again on 10/29/25 "I understand. Please understand I'm doing everything I can to make this happen. I have numerous people all wanting it back yesterday. I'm doing everything I can to make everyone whole. I may have some this week. " Follow up on 11/7/25 "I understand. I have to go in order for who asked first and who is the oldest. I'm going as fast as I can, I should be able to this month" Follow up on 12/2/25. Nothing. 12/4/25. Nothing. 12/12/25 "I'll check with my list tomorrow and see where you are at on the refund list. I paid a couple off last week. I think you are coming up next ". Follow up on 12/15/25. Nothing. Follow up on 12/19/25. Nothing. Follow up on 12/21/25. Nothing. Follow up on 12/22/25. Nothing. Follow up on 12/23/25 "I'm Sorry we have a long list of refunds and I'm going as fast as we can to refund them all. You are 3rd on my list right now." Follow up on 12/29/25 " tried but it didn't happen. Looks like I'll have funds this week." Guess what I didn't get? Follow up and follow up and follow up. You get the picture. Lies lies lies. It's now the middle of January 2026. Been dealing with this fool since October 2024. Dude is truly a con artist and I'm not convinced he is actually capable of producing anything. Avoid purchasing anything from this criminal at all costs.
