I should have trusted the negative reviews. I would not hire these people, do yourself a favor and go with another company. Ramond quoted a price for the work on my coach. It was supposed to be completed In under a week. It has been over 5 months and it still is not done and the price almost tripled from his quote. I understand some scope creep and an increase in price that is triple is ridiculous. Now I'm hiring someone else to come and fix Ramond's mistakes. The paint does not match. From day 1 we were lied to , we were told the job would be 3 months it was 9 months. We took our coach in at the end of Oct. finally getting it back after the 4th of July the next year. This was after going in person twice a month to see progress. At the beginning Ray would tell me it would be done in 2 weeks numerous times which was a lie. Ray was very good at asking for more money. When I finally picked up my RV it was filthy, and I had to call AAA for a jump because the batteries were dead. Tape residue is all over some tape still needed to be peeled off. The paint job itself is less than professional there are areas on the passenger side that look like a spray can finish. One of the stripe colors do not match . Ray's reply to that was in 2 years it will blend on with the other colors. In conclusion I wouldn't sent my worst enemy to this establishment. read more

My auto was hit while parked, so the other party's company gave me my choice of body shops. After checking lots of reviews I decided on Clear Coat Collison and Body Shop. I was met with no hassle service, no attitude, and a full explanation of the nature of the fix. A few days later I got the call for the pick up of my SUV and when I got there, the car was washed, the damage was expertly fixed, a second blemish that was not even a part of the original problem was fixed by the team as a courtesy, and the job was significantly less expensive than I ever thought. I'm not easily impressed because of hassles with some shops from experience over the years. The Clear Coat team was just as nice when I returned for the car. A mix up on my car keys caused them to provide me the original and a new copy key at no expense. I highly recommend Clear Coat.. They've earned my future business. Give them a try. read more

Overall a great experience after inadvertently damaging some filler panels for my truck. The friendly staff provided insight as to the best approach for repairing the area and also provided a rather accurate estimate of the time required for the repair. My vehicle does not have a standard color, so I was skeptical about how closely the newly painted parts would match. I was more than pleasantly surprised with how well they matched the original paint. One wouldn't think that a repair had been done in that area. I can't say enough good things about Ray. I needed a taillight assembly replacement, and I bought the part myself to save money. First, lots of places won't even help you unless you buy the part through them. Second, the first place I brought it to said it needed $2000 worth of body work to be able to install the part, b/c the part wouldn't otherwise stay secured. This is a 10 year old beater car that I don't care about cosmetically- I just wanted to be legal and not get pulled over. I found Ray on Yelp and he seemed like the kind of guy willing to work with my situation. He spent a minute pounding out the body problem, installed my part, and then charged me $10!!!!
