The last time there were two patches that had been clipped to the skin which was irritated. One of her ears had a big clump of hair left inside, Her hair on her back end looks like it was burnt. Took her to the vet to see if something was going with her internally. She checked out fine. Vet thinks she had an allergic reaction to something she was washed with and clippers burnt her skin. $475 vet bill + $85 grooming charge. Expensive lesson.

That means more than once, she tried to minimize the problem by saying her bruising/bleeding was from holding here there from underneath and that she only fell off ONCE. Who would say "she kept falling off the table" if it only happenend ONCE - NOBODY. My cancerous dog took a horrible beating underneath which seems not a serious injury, thank god. NO THANKS. The the order was shipped from our hometown in western SD to Osseo, Mn then to Denver then back to our hometown. (Very stupid Shipping Logistics) Unfortunately we were away for a few months and had a forwarding on our mail. The carton was then forwarded to where we are staying and ended up costing us an extra $30 in Shipping Fees. Very unhappy with their autoship practice. Had they sent an email to give me a heads up (like all other companies, where we have autoship, do) that this was going to be sent out, I would have adjust the order and changed the delivery address. But because of their lack of customer service I got stung. So much for free shipping. This won't happen again as I will no longer do business with PetSmart, who utilizes deceptive business practices.

In my experience nowhere else pays as much attention to the details and does as good of a job as they do on keeping him looking sharp. I like a short cut on him with just a little bit of a skirt so we can go on hiking adventures and to the dog park without worrying about burrs. T and Bonnie are friendly and professional, and Cosmo likes them. Pricing is in line with what I expect to pay on our area for professional dog grooming.

I was very excited to bring our dogs here on our cross country move & with this being our 3rd…read moreboarding stop, I assumed it would be the same outcome. Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience. Upon picking up our 2 dogs (who have been kenneled many times before without incident), we noticed that the smaller dog's head was very wet & the person who gave her to us simply said "That must have just happened." It wasn't until we got her outside that we could see her head was ripped open. We took her back inside & they simply said "I guess she got a scratch." We then took her to a local vet to have her checked out & had to spend $160 to have staples put in her wound. (see photos) I am very disappointed in their apathy for our dog & her injuries incurred while we entrusted them with the care of our dogs. We will make sure that we don't let any friends & family in the area risk their pets at this business. Update: received a call from owner expressing apology & a suggestion to kennel my dogs separately. Thanks....
