I walked up to the receptionist, hoping for some guidance women to women. I told her, "This is my first time getting a tan and I'm on my period, I don't know how any of this works" and she looked me up and down in disgust and said, "just don't get any blood in my room." I was mortified. As I was awaiting my turn to tan, I called my mom, pacing back and forth in the lobby out of anger when I heard her shout from the back room, "Can you stop doing that?! It's distracting!!" After I finished tanning, I let the same receptionist know that I left some tissue papers at the bottom of her bin and that she might want to change that. She yet again, looked me up and down in disgust, sighed "ugh" and walked away. A few days ago, after being told repeatedly that her behavior was not okay and that I need to report her, I went back to get her name. As I was explaining to her how uncomfortable and gross she made me feel, she was giggling the entire time and at the very end when I told her I was going to email the manager she said, "I'm sure he'll respond" in a sarcastic manner with the smuggest look on her face. I will never be going back to turbo tans after how that woman made me feel. Expecting guidance woman to woman, and instead I got shunned.

Today their hours were changed and I drove there to cancel and thankfully I was right in time for them opening. Posted on the door but not posted online... sometimes it's been vice versa. Also, I cancelled my plan due to PCSing. It renewed at the end of the month which is fine, my fault I didn't cancel sooner. But then I asked if I could cancel but go ahead and tan up until the renewal date (since I paid for it). And the answer was "no, when you cancel, you cancel." Very frustrating.
