I've never been disappointed with a tox treatment until I came here. I told the technician Helen, I don't want to frown; I feel better when I can't. One side has a deep groove. She asked me how much I usually get; she didn't suggest more. After a week, I didn't see any improvement, so I was told to come in for a follow up. I still could frown, so expected a touch up. Other places have gladly done this for free, if I wasn't satisfied, but she told me I'd have to pay for more. Hey! The point of getting the tox was to lose my frown! I feel she was unprofessional with me from the beginning, and there was deception regarding the Tox Tues. I went on a Tues., but after my treatment, I was told I needed to buy 30 units to get the discount. (I'd come for tox in the glabella, but to get the discount, I added tox for the smile lines.) I should have been told ahead of time. Sales ppl will say anything encouraging to get your business. Is this how they operate with everyone, or maybe tried to put one over on an older woman? As far as my frown lines go, the tech said, "it softened a little". I agree; very slightly on one side, but not the worse side. I feel treated incorrectly based on my needs. All together, an unprofessional experience. If any improvement, it was negligible. They got my money, and I'm very unhappy, and feel they took advantage of me. read more

They're amazing at trying to get rid of it with laser hair removal when I've gone to many other places over the years that couldn't do the same even after many rounds of treatments. After just a couple rounds with them I'm actually seeing significant improvements which is amazing to see after years of struggling with such dark, ruff and course hair. I also greatly appreciate that they've made me feel very comfortable during my appointments there because it's hard showing certain parts of yourself especially for myself as I'm plus size and uncomfortable with that so it's hard for me but they've spared no expense at making me feel comfortable coming in and getting the treatments I desperately need. Parking: large parking lot in the plaza, If you park closer to Rinaldi this place is just at the 2nd floor closest to Rinaldi side. There is a door with stairs close to the Rinaldi side so you don't have to go through the main entrance. I had a 2pm appointment and when I arrived the door was closed. I called and no one picked up but they called me back immediately, seems like the staff was at lunch. But they got me in soon after, the nurse that helped me (Jenny?) was great and kind. I went to Body Envy for the last 8 weeks to get fat freeze & cavitation for my back bra fat & area around my naval. 2 stubborn areas that dieting and exercise were not fully lessening. If you have areas like that and you are on a good diet and exercise program that you are truly sticking to, then I highly recommend these 2 treatments. You will see about 25% of that fat go away and that area smoother and tighter. If you are looking for more extreme results and are not on a weight loss and exercise plan, I will say in all honesty, don't waste your time or money. These treatments are not cheap or fast. They do render nice results with no down time. The results are not drastic like lipo. I actually considered Sonobello first but that renders about the same results and is pricier with much more downtime. I truly am happy with my Fat Freeze plus cavitation results. Envy is a beautiful place and the staff is top notch in every way! I have posted my before & 8 weeks after in the same bathing suit & same pose. For the amount I paid, think it's an improvement.
