Great little hidden treasure! I came here for the first time for mico-needling with PRP yesterday and I had a fantastic experience. First of all the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming and sat me in a cute little waiting room (I was an hour early) with drinks and snacks available. Once they brought me back I had a quick blood draw (performed seamlessly) and they got me numbing. They let me numb for about 30 minutes and then Jennie the PA performed my micro-needling with PRP application after and it was absolutely pain free. I appreciated that she followed up with me that evening to see how I was doing-top notch service. I was pretty red right after but I was able to go in to work the next day with minimal redness and I can't wait to see what the results are when I heal. Took the time out of my busy schedule to drive 30 mins to get there fill out the info they needed walk in the room for them to tell me that I needed for shave the where I need to get laser? No one mention that when I made my appointment, no text message, no instructions whatsoever. " if you'd like you can go buy a razor go home and shave the area n come back"" are you kidding me? Work on your communication skills and tell your customer what they need to do before telling them to come in. $195 per session and I have to go 6-8 times which I was willing to pay, just lost $1,200-$1,600 worth of business. read more

Got my laser hair removal done by nurse annie and she did a fantastic job. She was very through and did not miss any spots, I haven't had any hair growth after my second session. I also got body contouring done by stephanie and she was knew exactly what she was doing with the fat freeze. It was pain free and i have already lost 10 cm. The staff is incredibly friendly, addressing any questions or concerns right away and ensuring your well-being throughout. During this visit, I received a treatment called skinvive. What is Skinvive ? Skinvive is often referred to as a "skin booster" rather than a filler since its job isn't to rebuild volume like other fillers on the market but rather to hydrate your skin and give you a glowy "I did not stay up late looking at TikToks in bed" look that lasts around six months. I also got botox which again I find it hard to find a place where I feel like I can trust my face. I moved out here closer to Porter Ranch from LA and wanted a place I could rely on. This if for sure that place. Dr Sophia was absolutely wonderful. I've been getting Botox for about 10 years now, and she was the first to numb me and ensure that the work she did was lifting my face. She taught me several tricks that botox can be used for, and didn't oversell me. She scheduled a follow up and was genuinely a nice person. I paid $2,100 for a treatment that I was not able to do because my primary doctor didn't allowed me to get.
