I've gotten three facials done with Jasmine Y as well as two Morpheus rounds with Sophia! The first Morpheus round hurt really bad... but that's probably because we had to figure out how my body reacts to the numbing cream. The second and third time with Morpheus were not bad at all (we left the numbing on for more time)! If I had before photos I would post them with some afters but I locked myself out of my phone and had to reset it and consequently lost all of my photos :-) Jasmine is very amazing and she'll guide you re: skin care routine. ‍ + Treatments here have been sooo worth it. Amazing first time experience receiving the whole sha-bang from Jennie and staff for microneedling, Botox and light cheek fillers!! Would highly recommend if you are in the LA/OC area :) The Assessment: As a 30-something, I was nervous coming in as I knew I wanted some botox for my forehead and jaw for clenching (hello video conference calls & stress!) and Jennie put me at ease by walking me through the entire process. She is like your derm BFF who is extremely sweet and excited to help, (and also a Certified Physician Assistant). I had also mentioned that my skin was starting to see some light sun spots and needed a pick-me-up more than my facials/hydrafacials I've received in the past, so she recommended microneedling as a solution which I had seen through Instagram skin influencers and I was excited to officially try it for myself! The Process: The entire process took about 1.5hrs as my entire face needed numbing to sit for 30mins (refreshments and treats were provided), and once the cream was settled, we jumped right to it! The microneedling procedure was performed with a Dermapen (~20mins), which Jennie educated me that using this tool was a true method of microneedling since it breaks a layer of skin - this is only allowed through certified medical professionals (PA-C) so I knew I was in good hands. The botox and fillers were a breeze (~15mins) - Jennie was already competent with mapping out the injection sites for my forehead and jaw, and had the gentlest touch! The cheek filler was to prevent my frown lines from further sagging and it definitely made a difference right away. The Recovery: This part worried me most because my face looked completely banged up coming out of the office (totally normal!), but I followed the post-procedure steps to ensure the best recovery. I was also given a sample size of a recovery cream post-microneedling to use at home which was super helpful as my skin was thirsty for moisture and it lasted me exactly a week, which is the most crucial time. It's also worthwhile to sleep with a travel pillow for the first 1-2wks to not disrupt the filler and of course, keep hydrated with lots of water. All amazing tips provided by Jennie and the staff who was open to a 2-week follow up, but I was able to provide photos to perform the follow-up remotely! One month later, I noticed my skin texture has been MAJORLY improved - almost like baby skin. It was more "lifted" due to the filler and of course my forehead smoothened out; it was how I remembered my face/skin looking pre-pandemic, I didn't even need to wear skin tint for the next few weeks!! I'm so glad I pulled the trigger and invested in this skin upgrade with Body Envy - the entire Staff and Jennie was so kind and knowledgeable, and also have extremely fair prices. 5/5 would definitely recommend for skincare! read more

Very disappointed. I set up an appointment a week in advance for today. My grandma lives in another state and I got a call she was rushed to the hospital Wednesday night. I called Thursday morning and afternoon to speak with someone about rescheduling as they have a 24 hour notice of cancellation policy. Thursday was two days before giving them a heads up. No one answered the phone the two times I called so I left a message. Friday comes and I call two more times and send an email asking if I can please reschedule and silence. I asked the nurse, why couldn't he just ask me those few questions, or why wasn't it on the intake forms I did? I told him I was opposed to, and didn't like this policy, but I went ahead because I was there. I wouldn't have if I didn't need the treatment so much, and had travel plans. This is the 2nd part of my review from 12/15/2020 and my response to the owner of Body Envy. So I don't remember your name but you must be the owner of the business, the blonde who sits at the front desk. If you read my review again, you will realize that I said that the staff was nice, however Barbara, even though she was kind, there was a moment that she would not let me speak and she began to raise her voice a little bit to what I told her: "please Barbara do not talk over me or do not interrupt me because that is mean" and she agreed. Now that you say that I yelled at them, you would have to prove it, for your information I have that conversation recorded from my cell phone, precisely because of any lie that you can invent. In fact Barbara asked me: What do you want? So she offered more of the same treatments and I answered that if it didn't work in 2 or 3 months how am I going to expect that the same treatment would work with just another 2 sessions. Then she offered the doctor's call and I accepted. She never offered "multiple treatments for free" she offered another 2 sesions and I asked her if she would warranty results and she said NO, that's why I didnt want to take those suposedly "free" treatments. Also from the first consultation in September Barbara clearly said that the results would not be immediate but would be seen in 2-3 months. Now you are changing things and you say that up to 4 or 5 months, I think that the liar is YOU and you guys should be more trained to know what to say to your clients. You know I have a lot of respect for people in general but if you think that I'm cruel for talking about my bad experience, I think the cruel were you guys for charging me a so high price for a very low quality job. You shoul be responsible for your actions and be ethic. In fact those inches I lost is because I've been taking care of my diet and if you see the pictures, yes my complete body is a litle more slim but my belly has the same fat and form proportionally to the complete body. I could lost those inches just with diet without need of your machines that now that you mention I would pay for one with $2400.00 I did my researchings about the machines too. Let me remind you that I never asked you to help me to lose weight, I paid that money to remove my belly fat, which you failed. Now that you mention that everybody is trying to make it in these hard times, let me tell you something, I'm not going to tolerate that anybody take advantage of me, you have to do a good job to deserve that money. If you want to make it in this difficult times, then you have to work well and provide reasonable results, is not only rubbing my belly for what I paid that money. I wouldn't mind to pay that if I receive good results. My body doesn't provoque any envy and is not ready for a bikini, my belly still the same. And instead to be so agresive you should try to give me options to reach my belly fat removal goals and give me a real solution to resolve this problem. read more
