I visited this office last year, and my experience was extremely disappointing. When I walked in, there were four staff members at the front desk, yet all of them ignored me, as they seemed more focused on discussing their lunch plans. After about five minutes, I was finally acknowledged--though the assistant appeared visibly annoyed. My appointment was scheduled for noon. I had arrived 15 minutes early, as requested, yet ended up waiting 45 minutes to see the doctor. During that time, I observed the staff and found that not all of them conducted themselves professionally. When I brought this up to the doctor, he reacted defensively and told me it wasn't my place to comment on his staff's professionalism. He briefly examined my skin and said one spot needed to be removed, scheduling me for a procedure three weeks later. At that appointment, he performed a shave biopsy, which came back positive--as I had already suspected, since I am very familiar with my own body. I then had to return again for a follow-up procedure to remove it completely. During that visit, I asked the assistant whether subcutaneous stitches would be used, and she didn't even know what that meant. I later learned that the doctor does not perform this type of stitching. To make matters worse, I was told that my insurance did not qualify me to request certain treatment options. I am well-educated, continue to educate myself daily, and come from a family of professionals including lawyers, educators, politicians, psychologists, psychiatrists, and doctors. While this physician may hold a medical degree, he clearly lacks both the communication skills and the level of care I would expect from a truly excellent dermatologist. I do not recommend this office at all--especially if you are a MEDICAL patient. You may be treated as though you are not valued. read more

I am very grateful for Dr. Rabi. Before ever seeing him, Nidia was exceptionally kind and empathetic when I called in a bit of a panic and got me a timely appointment. In office - on a Saturday! - Dr. Rabi expertly diagnosed something another dermatologist had missed. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly, while being honest that his treatment might not be a silver bullet. His bedside manner was comforting at a time when my skin was making me very uncomfortable. Liz and Nidia quickly scheduled my follow-up and called in the prescriptions. My wife and I had Profound chin procedure $6500 for me no different no results ,my wife I think is worse it stretched her skin so much from swelling and bruising she has a super double chin I called a week after to express concern and can we talk to the doctor the "receptionist " said she will be fine don't worry it's normal reaction not knowing her reaction, Following week got worse call again and doctor very busy and just take arnica what a joke basically left out to dry so basically everything the doctor said it would be it was not only a week down he said three weeks down the swelling and bruising terrible no results a waste of time and money that's our experience .. oh and I post the complaint and guess what the office called saying hey we're calling for a follow up nine months later what timing ,Very disappointed in the whole experience we felt cheated . read more

I hope you never have to face the situation I faced here. It doesn't matter how difficult your situation is or what problems you are facing. The secretaries not gonna send your prescription to the pharmacy and after a month they tell you we have to change your medicine and you can't change your medicine until you come back for another visit. And the doctor tries to fix the secretaries incompetence by getting angry at you. Today, an hour after all that they did, I cried and I wish I had never gone to their office! This was my experience. THIS REVIEW IS FOR PEDIATRIC SERVICES. Wow. Where do I start. Dr Rabi is the real deal. We visited his location yesterday for our 3 year old son. Our little one was presenting concerning skin lesions that we could not figure out. He had seen 2 urgent care doctors, an ER doctor, and his primary pediatrician. Each one had a different diagnosis and a different antibiotic or medication for him to take. We felt as if they were just throwing whatever they could at it and hoped for the best. We were so frustrated and just wanted to help relieve our son's discomfort. Dr Rabi's office was so accommodating and squeezed our son in the very next morning for an appointment. The front of office staff was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to be around. The facility is clean and in a very nice area with a parking lot. When Dr Rabi first saw our son he immediately cleared up the incorrect diagnosis that his primary had come up with. His bedside manner is exactly what you would want in a doctor. No gimmicks. Caring. Intelligent. Patient. And informative. He diagnosed our son right away and even showed us many photo examples of others with the same skin condition. It was the first time we had felt that a doctor actually wanted to cure him. He took a ton of time to explain to us what it was, what causes it, what the recovery looks like, and how to protect him In the future. He addressed some antibiotic concerns I brought up and had solutions. Truly, he is the top 1% of physicians. What an honor it was for our son to be seen by him. Literally took me 5 calls until someone was able to book me (including twice that they hung up on me) But kept insisting as i was referred by a friend. Had an appointment for 9:45am and when we got there the Staff was not friendly at all (tall blond lady was nice and the only one who actually smiled at us). Signed in and was given forms to fill after a couple minutes, was asked to provide i.d to make a copy and they returned it after about 15 minutes even when we asked if they forgot to return it (another customer was asking for her i.d as well) 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment and seeing a guy showed up after we did but got in before we did we were finally called to pay and brought in to the actual exam room, finally after 45 minutes from our appointment one of the office lady came to the room with an ipad and asked us to fill up some more information, i told her we it is already 45 minutes from our appointment and ask why they didn't give us the tablet before, she told me someone gave it to me and i gave it back (never happened, and felt like i was back in kindergarten being blamed for some nonsense that didn't happened) I told her we never received it and asked to please see the doctor as we have other things to do today, she said the doctor wouldn't treat us without filling the information, i looked at the screen and it literally asked how did we find this clinic (yeah such vital information), i told her we are leaving and she suggested she will fill it out for me so it will be faster. We got back to the office asking for our money back. It took a few more minutes as "it's a new machine" (it wasn't a new machine when charging me huh?) And without even apologizing or acknowledging i received my card and left. Doctor was on his computer with the door open not even seeing a patient at the time. If you are looking for a condescending place with a rude staff that doesn't respect your time this is definitely the place for you. read more
