Initially called for road side assistance through USAA. This company picked up the call for service(battery jump). Jose the tec who arrived was very professional. He completed his assigned service and we parted ways. Prior to departing he gave me a card from the business offering $25 discount towards next service. I drove less than a block to a gas station to get and the car died again. I called the number on the card and advised a gentleman that I just saw Jose 2 minutes prior. I asked if he could come to the gas station. I was informed that Jose was already dispatched to another call and I would have to pay $100 to be serviced. I was stuck and needed the service. Jose, called shortly after and said he would be there in 1 min. Upon arrival Jose advise me using the facility at the first service stop when he was dispatched he was then dispatched to me for a second service. Jose great, company sucks. No f:)&s given. Yovani came over to replace my flat. He is competent, friendly, calm and professional. Although I was stressed and unhappy with my emergency, Yovani never took anything personally and did the job with a smile! My only suggestion is to be extra careful with customers' expensive wheels during tires' replacements as they are very easy to be scratched and damaged. It's recommended to place the tires with wheels' side "up" instead of "down" preventing the scratches it has caused; a little extra carefulness will surely better the ending results. The guy who arrived was asking rude questions about my car and that he didn't like Cadillacs he was getting frustrated and said he couldn't open it and would have to call someone after his 3rd attempt finally got it to open but broke my door handle during the process. This company was phenomenal. As I was headed out for NYE 2024: battery dead. After futile attempts to jump it myself, I contacted my insurance co. for roadside assistance & I was contacted immediately by "On the Go" and shortly after, maybe 15 minutes, tech arrived. The tech was fantastic and was able to get it started, however, the reading depicted need for a new battery. It was close to 9pm on NYE & the owner of the co. immediately attempted to locate a new battery for my Q3. **Not surprising, nothing was open that late on NYE. The owner asked if he could try the following morning, New Year's day & he would text me at 9am. Sure enough, 9am he contacted me and had already located a battery to install...(remember this is New Years Day). Within 20-30 minutes, a second tech arrived to install the new battery in my garage. In a collective society where you are fortunate to obtain even the most minimal consistency regarding commitment to 'word,' (aka people "SAY" a lot but fail to follow through), conversely "On the Go" showed integrity every step of the way and, frankly, they went above and beyond. OK, shout out to Jaime (who literally made my very crappy and stressful day!!!!!!). We have a 2 1/2 year old screaming, my wife and I are arguing, and finally, I have a ton a work to do with deadlines and all. In the afternoon, my wife calls me to let me know that she cannot start the car (DEAD ass batter!). AY. I don't have time for this. I call On the Go roadside and immediately Jaime says he can hook me up. 30 minutes later, he meets me where the car is stuck. Not only does he replace the batter in under 5 minutes, he gives me some good tips on how to best do it when I do it myself in the future. I highly recommend this business for anyone who is in need of roadside assistance. My insurance ended up dispatching them to help me with a dead battery problem. All of the staff that I worked with were incredibly helpful, professional and very knowledgeable. Michael was the first person that I delt with, and gave me the initial jumpstart for my car. But it turned out that it was a battery issue. Jaime, the owner was able to come on site again to install a new battery. The pricing was incredibly reasonable and I also really appreciate it that Jaime took the time to be able to explain to me what I needed, and it didn't seem like he was overcharging me for anything. My car couldnt start due to an old battery even after jumping. After contacting the team sent over Mando. Within 10' he was able to swicth out the battery and the car starts smooth again. I was going to Uber back to my car, call a tow truck to get a jump, drive it home, and replace the battery myself. But wait! Yelp: mobile car battery assistance ... Found this place and Jaime.
