Absolutely outstanding service from On the Go Roadside Service! I would give them 11/10 if I could. After waiting more than four hours for a previous roadside technician who never showed up, I was finally assigned to On the Go. I spoke with their dispatch agent, who was incredibly kind and helpful. Although I was originally told the appointment would be around 7:30 PM, he understood my situation and get a technician to me as quickly as possible. Within about 35 minutes, he had someone arrive at my door. My technician, Jonny, was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, polite, and genuinely pleasant to work with. When he arrived, he was unfortunately stuck at my community gate for quite a while because of an issue with security. I had to run over to help get him inside, and I felt terrible because he was being treated disrespectfully. What impressed me most was that Jonny remained completely calm and professional and never became upset or rude. His patience and attitude really stood out. Jonny repaired my tire and also checked and added air to all four tires. He was efficient, careful, and clearly knew what he was doing. I also want to give special recognition to the dispatch agent for going above and beyond. Since I had already spent hours waiting for the previous service, he even arranged for the tire repair to be done at no charge. That level of customer care meant a lot to me. No joke I called them at almost 11pm on a Saturday night and they had someone over to my house in like 13 minutes to promptly and courteously patch a screw hole in one of my tires. $95 out the door (ok it was my own door) and I tipped the guy more than my usual since he also topped off the air in all four of my tires. So I was amazed upon finding another reviewer who had experienced what I did. Needed a new battery based upon phone call with the owner who I talked to after discovering that my car would not start after returning home after a kind individual jumped started me when roadside assistance informed me that they would not be able to assist me for another hour. So a battery was installed with a price quote of cost of battery plus $80 for installation. Then I drove to Trader Joe to shop and car wouldn't start. Owner showed up after worker had difficulty getting it started. My issue is that I have had problems getting the original invoice for the battery, puchased from Oreilly? Instead they manufactured one on their letterhead as my warranty for the battery? Are they an accredited supplier of the battery? I have escalated my request for the warranty through my bank. State Farm had initially requested the invoice provided to me but I don't believe what they provided to me which would compel me to have to work with them if battery malfunctions before the warranty expires. I called O'Reilly and without a receipt from them, they would not be able to honor the warranty. Why aren't you providing a receipt for the purchase? read more

Initially called for road side assistance through USAA. This company picked up the call for service(battery jump). Jose the tec who arrived was very professional. He completed his assigned service and we parted ways. Prior to departing he gave me a card from the business offering $25 discount towards next service. I drove less than a block to a gas station to get and the car died again. I called the number on the card and advised a gentleman that I just saw Jose 2 minutes prior. I asked if he could come to the gas station. I was informed that Jose was already dispatched to another call and I would have to pay $100 to be serviced. I was stuck and needed the service. Jose, called shortly after and said he would be there in 1 min. Upon arrival Jose advise me using the facility at the first service stop when he was dispatched he was then dispatched to me for a second service. Jose great, company sucks. No f:)&s given. Yovani came over to replace my flat. He is competent, friendly, calm and professional. Although I was stressed and unhappy with my emergency, Yovani never took anything personally and did the job with a smile! My only suggestion is to be extra careful with customers' expensive wheels during tires' replacements as they are very easy to be scratched and damaged. It's recommended to place the tires with wheels' side "up" instead of "down" preventing the scratches it has caused; a little extra carefulness will surely better the ending results. The guy who arrived was asking rude questions about my car and that he didn't like Cadillacs he was getting frustrated and said he couldn't open it and would have to call someone after his 3rd attempt finally got it to open but broke my door handle during the process. OK, shout out to Jaime (who literally made my very crappy and stressful day!!!!!!). We have a 2 1/2 year old screaming, my wife and I are arguing, and finally, I have a ton a work to do with deadlines and all. Sure enough, 9am he contacted me and had already located a battery to install...(remember this is New Years Day). Within 20-30 minutes, a second tech arrived to install the new battery in my garage.
