He loves his days there and comes home totally exhausted from all the fun things he and other dogs who are there do while they are there. The end of January my husbands mother passed away and we had to go to Boston for about 10 days. We boarded Sully with Dawg House and opted for their open boarding and he had a good time with the other dogs that were boarding there when he was there. Jess and Stan and their staff are great with the dogs. We are so glad we found Dawg House when we moved to this area and Sully is very happy about it too.

The questionnaire made me confident and proved they wanted to learn about the dogs in advance. Once our puppy was old enough to join, I reached out to Lisa because I was concerned that Moxie was scared when meeting new dogs, especially puppies, and due to her being too young + covid, she had not met as many. I was probably more worried than necessary, but Lisa NEVER made me feel that way. She spent lots of time talking with me about a plan to make sure Moxie and I were comfortable. She had us come in the evening after most dogs had left, and she knew that the dogs that would be there were good dogs for Moxie to meet. It went very well and Lisa assured me that Moxie's behavior was normal for a puppy and nothing to cause concern. Lisa suggested a specific day for Moxie to start coming based on personality matches with the other dogs. Now Moxie goes at least once a week and sometimes three. Moxie gets very excited and I can barely stop her from jumping out of the car to get in. She has boundless energy and Dawg On It helps with that, but above all, we know Moxie is safe and happy, while we can get some work done at home! Unfortunately my dogs can't do that. One is scared of other dogs and one can be aggressive. So I liked that Cassio did individual boarding but also let dogs in a family board together. We did the test run overnight with them and all seemed well. So we used them when we had to go out of town for two weeks. I got my babies back in perfect condition! I even added on the grooming service and they looked good! I would definitely use them again when traveling away from home without my dogs. One star off because I wish they would send pics of the dogs throughout the stay. My previous daycare in Florida did and it helps a lot with the anxiety. I did call and ask but got like 2 pics and one vid over the course of the two weeks. 5 stars if they provide pics daily/every other day.

Firstly, I called probably 20 other places in the area and Cassio was the only place that answered their phone on a Saturday morning, which I greatly appreciated. They didn't need to do a meet and greet, which every other place that I spoke to seemed to require in advance. Upon arrival, I shared that my dog is scared of other dogs and can be aggressive when there's toys or food around because he's possessive. They let me know that they don't do group play or keep multiple dogs in a space together which I was happy to hear. They said that during the operating hours, minus a break from 12-3, someone would always be with my dog. We only boarded him at Cassio for about five hours on a Saturday and Sunday, so I'm not sure what the overnight protocol is. There seemed to be a fair amount of staff members each day and the services were fairly priced. It cost about 41$ each day. The only thing I was hesitant about was that they required his collar to be removed, which has an Apple air tag on it, so that made me nervous because I was worried he'd somehow escape the facility. They remove all collars and leashes so the dogs don't get caught on the cages and get hurt, so it makes sense. The facilities seem very large, there were multiple outside areas that had large fences around them, and an open air cage area that had an overhead covering. We weren't offered a tour of the facility, but we also didn't ask. This was our first time doing a doggy day care situation, so we weren't sure of the protocol but I wish I would've asked to see where my dog would be spending a few hours. Overall, if I had to do it again, I would use Cassio for doggy daycare.

The space smells horrible -- like urine and bleach -- and dogs in the facility always sound horribly sad. (We've been to numerous doggie daycares in a great many years of being owned by three successive dogs. They don't always sound or smell this unpleasant.) You receive no information about your dog's day unless you sign up for that "perk" for an additional surcharge. (This really rubs us the wrong way!!) They pep your dog up at pickup by giving them a biscuit right before they open that last door, but I have my doubts about whether or not our little girl has actually had an enjoyable day. She always needs to relieve herself as soon as we pick her up, which means that the daycare is not giving her enough opportunities to go during her time there. She is exhausted, not as a result of good physical activity, but because she hasn't been able to sleep or rest during the day. Prices keep increasing and are now higher than many doggie daycares in NYC (where rent is, I'm quite sure, much more expensive). We've met some pleasant employees (including our favorite, a woman who claims she doesn't like people, but is actually quite kind). But I have to concur with Elana that some are just unhappy, rude, and strangely power trippy. Luckily, we've found great sitters and walkers through Rover and some wonderful neighbors. Fingers crossed that we never have to use Unleashed again.

I ended up having a dispute with Natasha at one point because I was extremely frustrated with the lack of hospitality. I then called Jasmine the part owner and got the most oddest response from her. She literally told me that she can train her staff till she's blue in the face and it doesn't matter because there gonna do what they want and then followed up with saying she can walk a horse to a river but can't make it drink it. I said WoW I'm done! if you can't control your staff then what kind of business are you running. I feel really bad because the male part owner David actually called me to apologize and offered to help out and also talk to his staff on manners but unfortunately it was too late for me, I will never bring my dog there. The place always smells like dog urine, looks dirty and the staff is constantly on there phones no interactions with the dogs and would stop the dogs from playing by spraying them with water bottles, which is odd, since most people are paying for there dogs to interact with other dogs, I know thats why I take my dog there. All this was witness by me from the cameras. I ended up doing my research and found WAGS in Danbury, OMG upon arriving, the place was so CLEAN AND FRESH and I was greeted with manners and such amazing hospitality. They have over 15 rooms for the dogs to play in both inside and out. There price was cheaper then unleashed and they even offer snacks for FREE! the place and people were amazing. If I can give them 10 Stars I would! nothing compare to Unleashed, which between the untrained staff and cleanliness, they get 0 Stars. My dog doesn't know if a place or staff is good, all she knows is having fun with other dogs, so in that aspect she would love to go to unleashed. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH! We entrusted Destiny's Doggy Daycare and Boarding with our dog while we were on vacation, and…read moreunfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. Before booking, we were told that our dog would not require a meet-and-greet because there were no other boarding dogs scheduled during his stay. However, after we had already dropped him off and were too far away to return, we saw photos posted showing him interacting with other dogs. At first, we assumed everything was going well and that he had made some friends. For context, he lives with another dog at home and has never had any issues. What concerns us most is that we were not informed about any injury until approximately 30 minutes before pickup. When we arrived, our dog had several scratches as well as what appeared to be puncture wounds on his cheek consistent with a bite. There was also a visible mark on his nose that has since left a scar. We were told that some of these injuries may have been caused by him breaking through a fence. This explanation was difficult to accept, as he has never displayed destructive behavior at home or attempted to break through fencing. The following day, our dog was noticeably limping after returning home. Despite the injuries he sustained while in their care, no offer was made to assist with or cover any veterinary evaluation or treatment related to the incident. When we later raised our concerns, the owner denied telling us that our dog would be the only boarding dog during his stay, despite that being our understanding when we booked. The conflicting information, lack of communication regarding the injuries, and absence of accountability have left us very concerned. I would also note that our dog is a bully breed. Unfortunately, dogs of this breed are often judged more harshly than others. Had the roles been reversed and another dog had been injured by our dog, I believe the consequences for him could have been severe. That makes it even more important that all dogs in a boarding facility are properly supervised and that incidents are handled transparently. Pet owners deserve to be notified immediately when injuries occur and to have confidence that their pets are being cared for in a safe environment. Based on our experience, I encourage others to ask detailed questions about supervision practices, dog interactions, and incident reporting policies before boarding their pets here.

I can guarantee you... 1 session will not work period... And after it does not, there's no need to call me back..." I would never allow my mother to work with somebody as callous and cruel as Ron. He clearly feels the need to prove something, but the only thing he is proving here is that he lacks any knowledge of customer service, and I will go out of my way to ensure that nobody that I care about uses his services.
