I understand the five stars, and I'm so glad that I did. It was easy to schedule, they take close to every insurance, and they have a reasonable self pay option that is awesome to offer. They also offer massages there which is really wonderful. The appointment was for my son, and the front desk was able to get us into a cancellation pretty promptly (which I was so excited about) and when we got there, we filled out paperwork and went back within 10 min. Alex is who saw him and he was easy going, easy to talk to, and made my son feel comfortable, which is so important to both of us. He did some dry needling on him also and I think that helped a ton. We're seeing Alex a few times before the New Year and see how his progress goes. Overall, very pleased and appreciative of the care and communication from this practice.
