Tim March was spectacular and professional from start to finish when planning our reception. He was diligent, kept in touch often, and we felt like we'd known him for years while dealing with him. The ribs were smoky and tender and the fries were seasoned very well. I ordered the chef salad with ranch. I loved the tender pulled chicken. I had difficulty with the way my salad was plated, in a shallow bowl. It was crazy full and everything tried to fall out. Overall a good experience! We are excited to come back and try more!
