I had several issues so I visited one of their stores and was treated so badly that I swore I would never do business with them again and switched to Verizon that same day. Recently, one of my friends needed to visit his AT&T store and, out of curiosity, I joined him inside. Their customer service and attitude has digressed to an even worse level and I walked out while they treated him like dirt. Maybe he will come to realize phone service can be and is better elsewhere...even at Verizon where I've been a loyal customer for 40 years.

I wouldn't say he was friendly or rude. He just didn't really acknowledge us for a bit. I also didn't like the fact that he had customers personal devices being worked on out by the front of the shop. If I was having my phone repaired and I saw the shop keeper left my unlocked and unattended device by the front entryway I would be livid. You all know how shops in the mall there is no door it's just an opening into these small shops. So I was already feeling uneasy. My brother in law (who is freshly 14) wanted a custom case so bad. We tried to convince him out of it, but he didn't listen. I ended up offering to get him it and he chose his own image. We waited quite a bit, because the gentleman at the front counter was overextending himself with work. He was charging people, fixing a phone, and custom printing a phone case. Once the case was ready you could just see the disappointment in my BILs eyes. He said thank you and we left. As soon as we exited the shop and were a few stalls away he agreed he should have listened to us. The quality was terribly cheap. The print quality was laughable. The colors were super super washed out that the burnt orange case almost looked beige lol. It was pretty bad. I couldn't even joke with him and say "I told you so". He just looked defeated. I have photos on my phone of the customers phone just left out unattended. As soon as I find them I'll upload it. Give me max 10 minutes. I honestly wouldn't recommend this place for anything other than buying a premade phone case and even then there is no value in it as you can get the same ones on amazon or wish for a fraction of the cost. You get what you pay for here. The only positive is convenience.
