He just turned around and left claiming invalid address. I immediately contacted SpeedX, who has ZERO human customer service. I confirmed my address and gave clear step by step delivery instructions to their chat bot multiple times as well as by email multiple times, going so far as to send them a photo of my building on the map. They have not answered a single email, they did not even attempt to deliver on the rescheduled delivery date.
