Then two weeks before the wedding, I realized we needed more space, and he was wonderful with helping me make an additional reservation. They were prompt at each pick up and drop off time. Came to my rescue with lots of cold bottled water (super important during a wedding as everyone seems to be dying of thirst), had plenty of beer for the wedding party to party with as we made our way to our destinations, and finally had a red carpet champagne toast that was super cool for pictures. I mentioned to Saim about having to Uber from airport when I got to town. He said he could beat the price so I booked my airport transfer with him...two rides booked. We had a few hiccups prior to the day... didn't receive the confirmation email and when I did the price wasn't what I was quoted but Saim corrected everything after a few calls. First ride, airport transfer. My flight was delayed 2 hours but Saim told me not to worry my driver will track the flight and will be there whenever I landed. There is a $20 fee for airport transfers between 12am to 4am... still less than the Uber. After landing I had a text from Owais letting me know he was there and where to find him. The vehicle was an Expedition. Second ride, the surprise! There were eleven 10 year old boys that had never been in a limo and to say they were excited is an understatement. Mr. Moe, our driver, arrived on time to the pick up location and handled the excitement of the boys with grace. The ride was smooth and the boys had a blast!! From what I was told a couple of the boys were still talking about the ride a week later. My grandson has had an obsession with limos since he was three years old....I think this limo ride made turning double digits the best year ever. Please don't hesitate to book Crystal Lake Limos!

That morning the car never showed up. I called at 4:05AM because are regular limo service was never late. They first couldn't find reservation. I gave confirmation number and they stated I cancelled 3 days prior to trip. Completely false. They never sent a cancellation email like any other service would have. Will never call them again. After your response today 3/31/20 to my yelp review. I feel the need to say you never sent a cancellation email or called cancelling ahead of time which created a huge problem for us. Our trip was prior to the Stay in Place Order by the State of Illinois, so wouldn't expect a no show from your company. Also, when I called that morning the blame was place on me cancelling not your company taking ownership of your mistake. I do appreciate the delayed honesty.

I was on party bus duty for my daughter's recent high school dance. I priced out a few companies…read morewith party buses and 312 Limo was the most reasonable price. To be honest it was still a little expensive considering they were driving from Wilmette to Northfield to Glencoe, but less than the other: $840 for a 3 hour minimum for a party bus of 28. We also didn't need it for the entire 3 hours, but the options I found were either one way or 3-4 hour minimums so this was the best deal. I found their communication to be stellar both via email and text. The bus driver was on time and the kids had no trouble locating the party bus when they came out of the dance and I've heard it was one of many party busses. A few of my daughter's friends hopped on for the way home and commented that this bus was way nicer than the one they took to the dance from another company. Overall, it was a success. The parents could have easily driven these kids ourselves, but the party bus elevated the experience and the kids all seemed to enjoy the VIP treatment.

After setting up a quote online, I was able to reserve the date and put down a deposit. All the policies were clearly explained and the communication was in a very timely manner. Since the limo was a surprise for my parents, I was able to note that when making the reservation, as well as select the stops and approximate timing for the day. I received confirmation reminders prior to the reservation. When the big day arrived, I received a text from Harris letting us know that he was down the street. He wanted to be sure that he didn't arrive too early and spoil the surprise. I was able to let him know how the timing was going, and he was ready with the door open as my parents came outside. They were so surprised that it didn't really sink in until they got inside and saw how incredible everything looked. There were waters and sodas with ice for us, and Harris had set the air at the perfect temperature. The ride to lunch was so smooth. Even in horrible Lake Shore Drive traffic, Harris navigated through the turns like a pro. He opened the doors for us and we agreed to communicate when we had 10-15 minutes of lunch remaining. Although getting our bill for lunch took longer than expected, Harris was so patient and had the limo ready when we finally made it downstairs. From there, we made a quick stop for photos at the church where my parents were married and then headed back home. Harris was absolutely outstanding for the whole afternoon and made the trip flawless. I will definitely be using The 312 Limo if I ever need a ride for a special occasion in the future. My parents are still gushing about how lovely it was, and it made the end to their 50th wedding anniversary celebrations truly memorable!
