His work or task was never rushed, took the time to talk about soccer etc. Unlike many companies that insisted on coming out just to give an estimate hoping to make the sale, EJ gave me a quote over the phone based on the details I provided. I already knew my garage door springs needed replacing, and he didn't try to upsell me. His price was less than half of the estimates I received from the large companies. He had high-cycle springs in stock, which I specifically wanted to avoid replacing them again in just a few years. Most other companies told me those would have to be special ordered. He also provided a 10-year warranty, adjusted the garage door, and showed me how to lubricate it properly. I'd definitely call EJ again and highly recommend him and will call on him again when needed. His service territory includes La Vernia for no additional trip charges.

Moses arrived on time and with several options for us. He completed installation quickly and informed us that the existing spring was not rated high enough for the weight of our door. So he replaced the spring with one suitable for our door. (Which also explained why the brackets on the garage door were broken.) The garage doors we have are nice, and I wanted them to match. We called out a bunch of companies, but Mojo was the only one who said that they could find the parts to replace a panel or two of our door, instead of replacing the entire garage door, like the competition wanted to do. So Mojo gave a fair quote, was able to source the parts, and showed up right when they said they would. They made some good recommendations about maintaining and upgrading parts of the existing doors to get the longest life out of them. I appreciated the companies ethic and willingness to do repairs instead of fishing for a replacement. I hope I don't have to, but I'd hire them again!

Every business makes mistakes but you have to own up to them when you do and make it right. I'd welcome a call from the owner to resolve this.

Update: I had work done by this company to replace a garage door opener...it began to have problems…read moreand so I reached back out to the company for resolve. A rep came out said he fixed the opener and suggested I get new silicone rollers (I had old metal ones). Since I had recently had my home weather sealed and painted, so I agreed to the work. The work was done, opener issue was still not resolved, so I called back. As I was showing the new rep the issue I noticed holes in my drywall. From where the long bar had been removed and replaced. I pointed this out to the new rep, but he stated he was an independent contractor. *Note: He actually reworked and fixed my opener issue. I'm actually in shock that I wasn't informed about the holes during the work, but I'm sure that was to alleviate liability. Now my outer siding has damage as well. Requested a quote through Yelp and they were the only company that gave me an actual estimate…read morewithout trying to schedule a "free in-person estimate". I have a terrible work schedule but they had no problem working with me. You will get a text before they head your way within a short window (unlike companies that tell you 8am-8pm). They did the job very professionally without cutting corners on my garage opener installation. I am picky with attention to detail and they did not fall short. They routed the wires appropriately and set up the opener nicely instead of exposing all the wires. One small change that I would make is putting the wires through the hole on the face plate. My house came with the face plate holes. I always think it looks strange with the wires not going through the provided hole. Not a big deal though, just a minor detail. Lastly, they quoted me an amount and that's the price I paid. A lot of people quote without taxes included. It's a nice touch instead of having to worry about paying 8% more to your quoted price.
