I got my mojo workin'! Mojo brought back the mojo of my garage door. There was some *ahem* damage to the garage door in the outline of a SUV. The garage doors we have are nice, and I wanted them to match. We called out a bunch of companies, but Mojo was the only one who said that they could find the parts to replace a panel or two of our door, instead of replacing the entire garage door, like the competition wanted to do. So Mojo gave a fair quote, was able to source the parts, and showed up right when they said they would. They made some good recommendations about maintaining and upgrading parts of the existing doors to get the longest life out of them. Absolute scam of a company!!! Sales rep (iPad in hand) came and quoted me $700+ tax to replace a garage door spring. This was their cheapest "2 year warranty" option. The "lifetime warranty" option was well over $1,000. I asked the guy to leave and called the competition. My wife called mojo to repair our garage door that came off the tracks. Jorge Domani picture below came to repair door. He did not do the service to the door like he said he would do. Parts needed to be replaced he said he didn't have. He wanted me to agree if he damaged my property he would not be responsible for it. I said no to that. He told me that the price was so high because he had to do a lot of work. He finished what he did in less than a hour. He handed parts to the door that came off the door and he don't replace them or repair. Now he is demanding. I pay him in cash. I asked hem to give me a company letter head receipt explaining what work he did and parts used. He refused to provide it. He stated that this is not how it worked. I repeatedly asked to give it to me. He refused. Then. I told him to get off my PROPERTY he refused about 4 times. Them he assaulted me in ground of my wife. Police came. Filed trespassing charges against him. I went to hospital and now I have a close head injury with possible concussion. I am still under medical care for head akes. Dizziness. I called on a Sunday and Moses tried to accommodate me with a service call, but was not able to. However, I really appreciated his quick response and honesty. We spoke about 3-4 times and after we were able to identify what caused the garage door malfunctions, Moses was able to give us an estimate. He didn't promise the exact cost (since it would depend on the materials, labor tax. etc). We scheduled for Monday afternoon. The technician called and said he would be about an hour later than projected. We were a little bummed, but I'd rather receive a call then sit and worry. Plus, it really wasn't that much longer. Courtesy goes a long way! The technician came with an assistant and the job was done within three hours. We changed our garage motor unit, along with the broken spring, a few hinges and all the wheels. The cost was about what he estimated, within $100 or so. But, we didn't initially include the hinges and the tax cost. I recommend this business for your garage door needs. I went online looking for a company to install my garage door opener and I found Mojo Garage. I decided to give them a call since I seen that the had 4.9 stars and what sold me was that they also had same day installation. When I called they answered right away and gave me an awesome quote! Although they couldn't install that evening I called, they did come out the very next morning to do my install. They called me 30 minutes before arriving and when they arrived they didn't waste any time getting to work. The owner did suggest that I also upgrade my plastic wheels on my garage door to rubber wheels so that my motor would be more efficient and the wheels wouldn't get stuck. It worked ..for the time being, but it was an older unit and was on its last leg, and unfortunately had to be replaced. I was able to schedule an appt for the next day. 1st review on Yelp...just trying to protect others. Be very careful with Mojo. They fixed my garage spring, but I carelessly paid the price for it. They charged an excessive $150 labor for 30-45 minutes of work, $250 for a single spring, and $60 for the cables. Springs go for $20-30 from garage door suppliers, and cables for $6-7 on Amazon. Do the math - that's a 1000% markup. Barry lied to my face when I asked him about the spring being so expensive, and a follow-up email and call went unanswered - guess they figured they already got my $. Left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I want others to be more informed than I was. Don't get taken advantage of, do your homework please. read more

Great job done by this highly professional company. For starters, the owner was awesome and was prompt about getting someone out to the house the same day I called, within 45-1hr! The repairman named Shay, was so knowledgeable about what needed to be done to bring the old dilapidated garage door back to life again. Of course, cost-wise, the motors were the most expensive item to cough up for, but it was so worth it. Shay stayed on the job the entire time, put up the new equipment and explained what deficiencies and safety concerns were evident with the old system. The owner showed up too and promptly greeted me and helped his employee out when needed. The price was very comparable to other businesses and he even threw in some bonuses like a garage keypad for $0. Shay was also honest is talking about what didn't need to be replaced, saving me money. They clean up any mess and take away all old hardware too. Our garage door unexpectedly slipped off its railing today, shortly after we bought our house. We called Mojo and they had someone out within a couple of hours of contact. He worked quickly and efficiently to not only fix the problem but to identify what caused it and to ensure it wouldn't happen again. They did the work for a great price and also worked with us on a small payment plan to let us split the cost into two payments. 27-June-2019. Mojo Garage Doors confirmed a technician would be at the house from 10 am - 12 pm. At 12:30 pm I called to find out why they hadn't showed up. The representative from Mojo Garage Doors named Tamara, stated the technician was still at another emergency call, however, they didn't bother to let me know they were running late. During our conversation I canceled their services and she hung up on me. She called back 10 minutes later to offer 10% off. Thanks, but no thanks. Your customer service needs help. We came home last night and our garage door would only open about 5 inches. Eventually we got it up but then it would not go back down. I found Mojo through an internet search and I'm so happy I did. I called them around 8pm last night and they answered the phone and worked through the problem with us. I sent them pictures and they were able to diagnose that it was most likely the spring and they told us how to release the garage door so we could put it down last night. And then they followed up with us last night to make sure we got the garage door down and scheduled someone for 8 - 10 am this morning. Barry showed up to fix our garage.
