Her conduct caused one of the most traumatic incidents I've experienced in over a decade. Not the logistics -- her: volatile, disrespectful, and completely out of line. I'm 36+ hours out and still suffering the psychological fallout. When I raised it, ownership said the matter was "handled." You cannot ethically investigate a serious safety and boundary violation in 24 hours. That's not accountability -- it's a brush-off. Because leadership chose damage control over patient safety, I'm formally escalating to the California State Board and The Joint Commission. No other patient should go through this.
