I was eventually able to secure a rental car reservation, but it wasn't ideal. The reservation had to be for three extra days that we didn't need, and the car was scheduled to be returned in Petoskey, which is nowhere near our home down state. When I arrived to pick up the car and explained the situation to Luke, he immediately went above and beyond to help. He upgraded us to a vehicle that better meet our needs, gave us permission to return the car at a location near our home, and let us know we could return it early and have the extra days prorated. Most importantly, he was genuinely compassionate, understanding, and kind during what had become a very stressful situation. It's rare to find customer service like this these days. Luke turned a frustrating travel headache into an easy and manageable experience. We are incredibly grateful for his help and would highly recommend this location because of employees like him. The line and wait to get a vehicle was so long I didn't want to mess with going back in the complain and exchange it. My husband was freakier out by the Oder and insisted I exchange it in Petosky. It was no trouble dealing with Luke and he concurred the smell was bad, not only due to the pot smell but magnified by the cleaning solution they used. I went and got gas and when I returned Luke greeted me at the door, escorted me to the new Jeep, showed me to Jerp and sent me on my way! I Definitely recommend the Enterprise in Petosky.

The owner is the rudest woman I have ever delt with. We had to push back our ride time twice…read morebecause of traffic and construction issues in getting to our hotel ( and we had 6 girls in one room to get ready in a flash once we did make it there ). They ended up charging me for all the extra time and when I called to ask what the charges were, it was services charges and agreed to waive them said that was not told to me up front when I asked about pricing. I was told to get the refund the next day. Did not receive it so I emailed and was told " you need to be patient" in a clearly rude email. When I gave it another two weeks and called, i got reemed out on the phone an told we were " nightmare" clients because we had to push back the time. I'm sorry but the attitude of this women is the reason I'm writing this review. I dont have time but I made time to put this on here. She basically went on and on about how they are so busy and dont have time for small issues like this. The driver Milan added no extra and had zero to offer. she also fell asleep in the car when we were at one of the vinyards. They got their way over priced money and we will never use them again. Dont waste your time. There are other great ride options where you dont have to deal with the shitty owners who talk to you this way!

I reserved a car online and when I arrived at the airport in Pellston they told me they had no cars and that their website was wrong. I asked for suggestions and they were of zero help and never apologized for their mistakes. I then called corporate Hertz and informed them of the issue and so they reserved a car for me in Gaylord. I was able to get a ride about an hour away and while the corporate agent assured me several times that she was seeing that they had cars and availability but told me she could not transfer me or call the local branch to confirm that herself of course I showed up and there were no cars for me there either. I then began calling every local branch in the state and an individual named Lawrence at the Cadillac location told me he could not assure me of a car until I made a reservation online, I told him about the discrepancy on their website and that after driving 4 hours all over the northern part of the state, I was not comfortable relying on the website so he told me there was nothing he could do . I made one final reservation over the phone in Holland and they told me there was a 70% chance they could assure me of a car for the reservation I made the next day. Well after the nightmare of travel I had with this car rental company I can 100% guarantee you I will never use them again. Get your website straight and straighten out your employees - when it comes to customer service and misleading people and then making no effort to make things right, you will not have any business from me and my family.
