However, if you show up on time, be prepared to WAIT and WAIT. From when you show up to when the doctor sees you, it will be an hour or more. Your time is not important. Hard to get your X-rays If you want the X-rays you paid for, that will be a challenge. You will have to ask several times. They will tell you that they will send them, but you're going to have to call them several times.

I would strongly advise you to go elsewhere if you're considering cosmetic dental work. Options were not sufficiently explained before it was done. I'd ask questions and often get vague responses. Before retiring, the dentist I had been seeing before coming here said that I "was a perfect candidate for Invisalign". Here, they didn't mention that option to me at all. I was told that I was there for a "consultation" the day they wired my teeth. I nearly walked out when it became apparent that they were getting ready to wire my grill, but I let them talk me into it. They clearly wanted to make all the decisions and just send me a bill. They did not seem overly concerned with doing the job well. I'm off to a different orthodontist now, after spending thousands of dollars and months of time. Again, most of the people and my experiences here were good, but you need a truly skilled orthodontist to trust with cosmetic work, and I did not find that here.

This woman was full of doom and gloom without even looking in my mouth and I could see the dollar signs rolling in her eyes like a slot machine. The kicker was that there was only one hygienist on site that day and I would have to either wait until she was done or schedule another appointment. By this time I had been there for 90 minutes. I decided to schedule another appointment, but with another dental office because these guys are a complete joke and waste of my Friday afternoon.

When I followed up, I was told the same thing again with no answers. Staff become dismissive and short when you ask questions, and no one takes accountability. It feels like they don't want to deal with VA patients, and the lack of communication has delayed my care for months.

Yes, I know all hygenists tap teeth and investigate them, but her inspection was THOROUGH. I have read the awful reviews of getting crowns by Dr. Lam and can't help but be curious....so I shall be getting crowns next and will try to remember to report back.
