She worked on myself and my daughter (who has such curly hair) and was gentle, patient, and soooo thorough. She was kind and considerate. Luckily she found Pam and Diana. Their team was quick to respond and get my sister's fam treated! Luckily me and my girls were in the clear! My girls usually don't like when people touch/style their hair; however, Diana and Pam were so gentle and gave my girls the cutest braids. My girls were thrilled! My sister's girls were treated and were very happy and at ease throughout their entire treatment. Diana and Pam were so knowledgeable and shared all the myths and facts of lice and put our minds at ease. We felt like we were really taken care of!
