Usually don't leave nasty reviews but this place is a waste of time. I went there with clothes that my child hasn't even worn and they said they couldn't take some clothes because it has stains. I asked the lady to show me where they have stains and she ignored me. They only give you $1.00 per piece of clothing. Mind as well keep the clothes and donate it to a good cause. read more

Great selection of clothes and in great condition for pretty good prices. I bought a pj set, short set with top, a polo, jean shorts and jean jacket all for 26.50. I tried to sell back a like new cradle swing which retails for $160 and they only wanted to buy it for $18...I said no way and took it back home. so don't think they'll give you half what they will do is look for the lowest selling price online, cut that in half then cut that by 40% Great and friendly staff otherwise. Drove almost an hour because of the awesome reviews but now I know how their selling works and if I plan to come back I'll go to the one a bit closer to me and just buy clothes if I need any. read more

The store was very organized, clean and brightly lit! I found plenty of nice items for my children. They had a wide variety of everything you can think of that you may need from car seats, strollers, clothes, books, shoes and even jewelry! The cashier was very friendly and although she forgot to put in a discount she quickly fixed her mistake! I will definitely return to this location again and again. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to seeing a few strollers priced a bit higher than they should have been, they showed obvious wear & tear and was priced at almost half the price of a brand new unit. read more

I love this store. I shop here all the time for both my girls, aged 7 and 9 months. I always find super cute things for them and the prices are amazing. So today when I was in the store my youngest dropped my wallet and two of my cards fell out. The staff was nice enough to help me look when I realized at checkout that my cards were missing. Well we found one but the other was still missing. Lo and behold it was found in the parking lot and the staff was nice enough to call me to tell me they found it. My family and I went to check out the new Asian supermarket, and I spot this store and told my family they got to check this out!! My first experience with "once upon a child" was the one on SI. I thought that was a really nice experience. But this store is even better!! This store is huge! The selection of clothing, shoes books and toys are big !! Their price are really great as well. The sale associate were very polite and helpful. I will definitely come back now that we are having so many babies in the family. read more

I've been a customer of this store since they opened. I love that I can shop secondhand in a well organized and clean store. I have sold to OUAC more times than I can count.. Its more convenient than selling online and you get paid right away. You do make less but you also don't have to meet up with people or deal with people not showing up. You pay for that convenience. The owners remember my name, which is a nice feeling when you give someone a lot of your business. The employees do occasionally not know what they are doing, but they are always quick to rectify any problems. Overall they are very fair, and I enjoy both shopping and selling with them. read more

This store is horrible in customer service.When you walk threw the door not one person greeted me.I brought a few clean neatly folded unworn items and the girl that helped me was sarcastic and very rude.She didn't take any of the clothes.I asked a worker what was on sale for the day and she didn't even respond.I brought some items for my daughter that was with me but I didn't want to buy nothing from this store.When the cashier rung my stuff up she threw it in the bag and was rushing me the whole time.I never experienced horrible racist behavior like that.This store has nice clothing with horrible workers and the manager is rude to.I won't be shopping here no more. read more

I have been here several times to purchase clothes for my daughter. I have never sold items to the store so I can't speak for that. Huge variety and the store is well organized by sizes. Even the children's shoes are organized great- you just find the size bin and it's so easy. I have gotten all of the holiday dresses for my toddler and they are always in excellent, like new condition! I am giving 4 stars because I find the toys and puzzles to be overpriced. read more

Always love shopping at Once Upon A Child. The management at this location is doing a great job. People complain about how much they get paid, but I'm sure it costs a pretty penny to operate this store. And, you get a great deal on the items you purchase. Keep up the great job! read more

This is a children's consignment shop with many different items from toys to clothes to anything baby you may need. In recent years I haven't gone here often as they have become really picky when consigning not taking many items unless they are current with what stores are selling. The clothes on the racks have been subpar with stains and faded. Would rather have great item even if they aren't current styles. read more

Great for younger children (sizes over 12 months need a little work). Staff is always helpful and friendly. Follow them on Facebook and sign up for their email to get exclusive deals. Huge sales every couple of months. Great for strollers, activity tables, jumpers, swings and bouncers (always a big selection). Have yet to sell things. read more

Do not attempt to sell your things here unless you want cents for it! I went in with 2 bins. 1 for toddler clothing and 1 for infant. They chose 59 items out of the toddler bin (didn't chose anything from the infant bin) none the less paid me $60 dollars for what they chose!!!! Brand clothes straight from the store with tags still on it never used. Brand sneakers in good if not great condition worth $60 they gave me $1.70 dollar for (I didn't expect much for them but I didn't expect so little either) I should of just donated them and felt better about the situation honestly because I gave them more than 10-15 new items with tags on it for a slap on the face! After selling the items I wasn't even told what was sold for what, only the sneakers she was capable of mentioning.... NEVER EVER will I sell anything here! I wish they would had gave a receipt so I could of shown it as well, but they failed at that as well! read more

1st and probably last experience I will have with this place. Greeted rudely when I came in with a large bag of clothes to sell to them. No direction on where to put the bag. After confirming where to put the bag that was filled with NAME BRAND (Justice, Gap, A&F, Nike, Calvin Klein and more all in size 7-8 and 10-12 mixed boys and girls). Was told it will be about 1/2 hour if I like to shop around. So went to see what the store offered in the sizes I was selling plus the next size up that I needed for my kids. To see that they were in need of the sizes I was trading in(was on the list of what they are looking to buy..confirmed). Their clothing was ok on pricing and condition, and shoes not even worth it. I am thrift store and goodwill shopper.I have found name brand clothes for cheaper than what this store offers. After about 20 mins. I went and checked on how sorting through my bag of clothes was coming. A whole 14 items for guess what $14.xx offered. An average dollar an item?! No offer for more money if buying more clothes from there store either. Sold the items only because I took the time out of my day to deal with it. At least have something to show for it. Bring the rest of the bag home and confirm many name brand labels still in the bag. I will continue to shop at my local goodwill rather than this thirft store. read more
