Ample parking space available in a small shopping center. Outside entrance is full of strollers, however, at the price for used strollers with well worn wheels, it appears they may be there quite a bit longer. My first thought was $65 for an old dirty stroller was not the best first impression. Clean it up and maybe. Upon entry the store appeared quite organized. Aisles and aisles of clothes for boys and girls were heavily packed into the store. You will need to take some time to sort through the clothes. Lots of bouncers, strollers, rockers, and other baby gear is on the first aisle near entry. Ride ons, early walker and ride toys were on top of aisles, so you had to ask for help to view or purchase. There was a section with smaller toys and shoes in the back area, but it was super crowded and appeared like the kids in the store were doing a good job of making a total mess, while parents were browsing out of eyesight. Prices seemed firm on 50% of original cost, even though some items in store appeared to have more than normal wear and tear for one child. However, there are some good bargains here if your willing to dig. Since I find it quite entertaining to find unique pieces at a bargain, I'm game. They were having a great clearance deal on clothing, with all clearance clothes being $0.50. I found about four pieces for my grandson, however, the boys clearance section was tiny tiny tiny, and very difficult to find anything with other impatient customers constantly moving within inches of where I was browsing on the rack and pushing hangers my way. It's like these poor people never left their homes before and don't know how to behave in public. Surprisingly the girls clearance section was very large. I found the employees to be quite polite and helpful. This is surprising since the customers seem to be drop outs of a basic etiquette class. The customers are quite rude and frequently violate your personal space, put their carts in the middle of the aisle and pretend not to notice you want to pass, let their kids roam all over and make a big mess with no concern that someone has to clean their mess up. I also had to listen to one woman yell at her kids repeatedly in public, so aggressively that I was concerned for her children. Newsflash! If you don't have the patience level or organizational skills for five plus kids - then don't have five plus kids!!!! This is not a place I would bring a child, due to the quality of customers. Come with a friend, and when you have time to really dig through the items. Expect to pay about 50% off retail, so look with a discerning eye. This was my first visit, cause I saw on Facebook they had a $0.50 clearance on clothing and my grandson is growing quickly. Oh and don't forget to pick up their frequent shopper card. It's not a big discount card, but after spending $200 in store, you get 15% off your next purchase. I purchased a full bag of baby clothes and a ride on toy, and spent about $50. Not sure if you can use the discount card at other stores, but it's worth a try. read more

They offered me $82 for 9 buckets of high priced children's toys! I turned down the offer and retrieved my belongings. Totally lowballed me on pristine, barely, clean, sanitized toys. I asked them how they calculated value and offer prices and they told me they search for an item current sale price, divided that amount by half and divided that amount by half again Now I see why all their toys in store look dusty and old. They don't offer good prices on new toys. I would literally rather donate across the street at Goodwill or sell online myself. I only came here because they gave me a good price for my sons great condition Jordan and Nike sets a year or so ago. Bringing all this stuff in was a waste of time. After handing her 1 pair of clothing I wanted to buy she couldn't even tell me the total or give me a receipt so I proceeded to not give her my ticket but instead place it on the counter for her to see I was selling my stuff here and ready to get my quote. I brought in a fisher price house (which they don't have one in there) retails for $80.99 missing 3 toys that came with it but can easily still be usable without the toys and it's something they don't have in there! Brought in a large foam playmat that retails for $24.99. A fisher price plastic ride on that retails for $30.99 and a fisher price train that retails for $24.99 with all its pieces which they also don't have in that store. Those were just the big toys I had 4 other little toys that are in great condition and they don't already have in there store. Proceeded to tell me they will offer me $7.50.??? Excuse me? Proceeded to get my toys but she didn't even finish helping bringing my items to the front and took out in total 8 batteries and when I asked where they were and if I can have them back everyone pretended to not know about the batteries!!!!! I like the idea of consignment and community sharing, finding new, unique things for Littles who grow rapidly. That being said, I do not love this consignment location. The staff has been rude, unacknowledging and inconsistent in their clothing assessment. The one thing they have going for them if that they do not typically take long to go through items and provide a quote. I have found their quotes to be quite low and dismissive. They have some nice clothes here sometimes when I shop here. They will try to rip you off if you don't pay attention when selling them things. For instance telling you one price they will give you for all of your items, but not giving you what you deserve for some of the items in the loaf you are trying to sell, so sellers just beware. I had a bad experience with selling them some really great things and when I noticed what they were trying to do, I simply decided not to sell to them. Unfortunately I lost my trust in this particular location, but thankfully there are other stores, like this one, around this area that provides the same services, just with better customer service, so no worries. read more

Clothes are the best at this location and the employees are a hit or miss. They don't greet or acknowledge your presence. Great resale store for baby stuff and kids' clothing. I've found some adorable dresses in decent condition for good prices for my daughter. Jeans are also another good find. If you're thinking of selling anything to them be forewarned they are picky about the clothing they take in. Has to be in good condition and brand names. For instance, I brought in a ton of clothes, even one suitcase full, and they only took 9 outfits (lot were jogging suit sets) for $15. Apparently they don't take anything under 18 months that's not a set. Another time I brought in almost brand new high chairs. They were chairs that you could still buy in store for $100. They have a ton of clothes at great prices and shoes, books, toys etc. They have a play area for the kids so that you can shop without worrying about the kids being bored while you shop! I almost gave this place 3 stars, because I don't like the fact that I have found SPIDERS crawling through their clothes on more than one occasion! I went ahead and gave them 4 stars because their merchandise is in tip top shape! The clothes are always clean and very organized. I have enjoyed shopping here and even though they dont seem to have as much as the other store its nice to be able to shop without the overcrowding of unwanted clothing taking up space on the racks.
