Unfortunately, they weren't in stock. *insert sad face*. I opted not to get anything else BUT the customer service I encountered was impeccable. There was a middle aged, black guy who assisted me. My apologies for not getting his name. He was filled with personality and professionalism. He turned my frown upside. (Remember the frown is from them not having the outfit in stock... Stay with me ). I appreciated his assistance and he offered other suggestions as well. Prices here are very affordable. Sometimes the clothes shrink, depending on what you get. But I continue to win with their denim. This Old Navy is conventionally located off the interstate with other shopping and eateries. Parking is abundant.

I shopped a little in Burlington Coat factory first for some accesories (seperate review) before I walked down to Dots. Upon entering the store I was greeted by 3 employees. One of the associates came up to me and asked if I was looking for anything in particular and guided me to the area of sun dresses. She asked to take by other bags to free my hands for shopping and held them herself. She assisted me in making some selections and asked if she could start me a fitting room. Now at this point I am in AAAWWW because I was at Dots, not Bloomingdales or Macy's, yet the customer service was excellent. The prices are very reasonable, I purchased 3 sun dressed and a pair of linen pants for less than $75. They carry shoes, handbags, sunglasses, accessories and various selections of lingerie and undergarments. They are open 7 days a week and have weekly specials on different items. For example, there accessories and sunglasses were buy 1, get 2nd item half off and all tank tops and t-shirts were $5 each. This is a great spot to find cute items for any occassion, even work attire all at affordable prices.

This is one of the only locations that carries boots for women with wide big calves. They had two pair that fit me but I wanted a pair of heels so I did not get them. The prices were reasonable just under $40 per pair. I like to stop here from time to time to find cheaper items that are currently in style. I like to get more trendy styles when I am going out with my friends.

Today was a terrible experience and it being my 2nd time. I left a message written for mgmt. to…read morecall me back after being told " they don't like their numbers given out" by an associate at the children's store. Therefore, I left a handwritten complaint. The ladies today Denae and Jasmyn both really need customer service training. When you ask a question it's like you're being talked to as if you are a child. I asked what's the sale and discount today and Denae says " by point to the board on the damn wall behind the cash register and then proceed to say it's also posted on the door or something she said. I didn't respond. No smiles at all from either one of them. Walking into the store Denae says welcome, but Jasmyn never opened her mouth. She acts like she is a little snooty. My first bad experience happened about 1-2 months ago and I let it slide. I cleaned my closet out during spring break dropped bag off and came back nothing was touched. Denae says it had an Odor or something or smell likes cats. I told her ma'am I don't have any cats nor do I Like cats. She said, " we will take them if you want to wash them and bring them back". I looked at her and walked out the store. Bear in mind I came back a week a two later with the same clothes still in my bag, dealt with different Associates in the store and 1/2 of my large bag was taken. I saw my purses and clothes hanging in the store. This was an INSULT to me, but I did let it slide. Today I am not letting it slide. Then need to know how to talk to customers in a more professional way. Doing consignments is my side hustle, I have an online sells business too and I work Full time as well. There are a lot of bargains such as men's jeans for as low as $16. One of the things that impressed me the most was the consistent flow of customers at the checkout counter. The managers and team members are doing their best to minimize wait times. I like the remodeling they did. Definitely more convenient and spacious to shop. The store in Morrow, GA is truly the fastest check out of all the Rose stores. Got some really nice things. I always find what I came for. Racks were packed tight with merchandise. Also, their fragrances / colognes are cheaper compared to other retailers. Only con for myself is no public restroom. The price is right and you get everything you need. Ample free parking available in front of the store. I'm going to go again.
