The Sock Shop has socks for sure. The prices may not be that great anymore. We searched for great finds but saw none. We used to run down to the sock shop but after this last Visit I think we are done. read more

The employee calls the police on me and has the police follow me around instead of asking if I need some assistance because I'm looking for my wife's bracelet on the floor. Learn customer service skills or close your doors. This was my first time at this store. read more

Reasonably large car park for a warehouse of clothes. I was unsure what to expect from the local shop in the community, but a friend referred them, so I had to give a shot. We had to wait in line for several minutes due to the store capacity. However, once I got inside, I was utterly blown away by their selection. You'll find inexpensive brands to higher-end brands & great finds in between all for an incredibly low price! Everything is organized neatly & spread out equally. I could get to everything I needed even with the vast number of people in my way. Also, I appreciate the 90-day warranty. Most likely won't need that long to see if it's a great fit or not, but it show's they trust their products. I can't wait to return; I'll bring the whole family !! read more

The Sock Shop is usually a dive we hit every week. All the right now everything is on a walk down because of this Corona virus we still can't help but ride by and drool. They always have good quality things socks T shirts towels wash cloths They have women's and men's undergarments. They also have a selection of Tervis cups and mugs along with simply Southern products that include their Insulated water bottles For hot and cold liquids. Their staff is usually pleasant and extremely helpful. Only opposite end of where the sock shop is they also have a Children's store. And with a little girl I could spend tons of money in there and never feel guilty. read more

BUYER BEWARE!! The manager thought that I was stealing, which I was not. And Instead of checking my bags at the checkout line, he decided it would be a good idea to tail my friend and I in the store. He did it so long and so close to the point where I felt so uncomfortable and I was unable to enjoy my shopping. He was NOT abiding by Covid rules of staying 6 feet apart and at one point was breathing down my neck...... when I confronted him about it, instead of explaining himself, he decided to be an arrogant ass and pop off at me saying that if I felt uncomfortable then I should leave..... Well, I love funky socks and have quite a variety of socks - including, but not limited to, ones with wings, capes, lightning bolts and Spock ears. I heard about the Sock Shop, and figured it just be a magical hub of wonderfully ridiculous socks... NOT! Don't bother looking for unusual socks, they don't have them. It should just be dubbed, Clothing Shop - plain and simple. Nothing unique about the place. Disappointed... doesn't mean it's bad, the name is just misleading. read more

Heads up. Sock Shop has all restrooms closed and they are very fast to reprimand you if you aren't wearing your mask correctly. Their crocks are also currently more expensive than DSW. I walked out without purchasing anything and won't be back until this mask nonsense is over and the restrooms reopen. read more

I have visited this store twice and both times checked out with a young lady who in my opinion should be in an occupation that does not require customer interaction. She barely spoke above a mumble and never looked at me directly. Otherwise, the store has a variety of items at reasonable prices. I will continue to shop there. read more
