The service is terrible, especially the owner who is rude and quite uninformed about baby items, which is surprising given that she owns a baby store. Maybe a good place to browse to get some ideas, but then cruise the internet for the Canadian businesses that she carries and buy from them direct for less (including shipping). You'll get better customer service that way.

We went to the store at the Woodgrove Center in Nanaimo. We…read morebought two pair of kids winter shoes for about $ 280.- , labeled 'always waterproof'. The kids went to school ones wearing the shoes. When they came home my one boy complained about wet feet. We inspected the shoes and on both pairs the sole had separated from the shoe. We went back to the store to return the shoes. In store they refused to deal with us, saying they are not authorized to deal with warranty issues, the head office would. We called the head office, they told us there is no way they can deal with it, go back to the store....... The run-around continues. The bottom line: The sale cheep knockoff product for big money They don't honor their own warranty. They lie to the consumer. They don't refund.
