We placed our order and bought fountain drinks and sat in a booth while we waited for our order. We ordered one large Italian sausage and one Combo pizza. They took off $4.99 because we ordered two pizzas. The store looked clean and the employees that helped us were all very friendly. When our pizzas were ready they gave us a little bag with pepper and parmesan cheese. (Which I appreciate because Pizza Hut now charges for cheese!) So we hopped on the highway to hurry back home to Del City to try out the pizza that my husband loved as a kid to see how it would measure up to his memories of his favorite pizza and we both agreed it smelled just like we remember it! The Combo was thick and fresh and tasted amazing!! My hubby and son took out half the sausage pizza before I could even get a picture! Lol! We can't wait to go back and order again! Given the circumstances, the location was doing a good job of remaining operational and serving customers. The staff was friendly and helpful, and it was clear they were making the best of a temporary situation. While renovations can create some inconvenience, it's encouraging to see the company investing in upgrades and improvements. I'm interested to see what the finished location looks like once the project is complete. Overall, a solid stop during a period of transition, and I look forward to visiting again after the remodel is finished.
