This community is wonderful. The staff is so kind and helpful, especially Shasity in the leasing office. She always goes above and beyond to cater to current residents and potential residents, answering any and all questions or resolving any issues that come up! This complex has great resident events a few times a month, which is great for meeting neighbors and keeping the close community vibe. The maintenance team is also great, Herman works wonders and always goes the extra mile. The complex is brand new, gorgeous, and modern. The floorplans are spacious, elegant and sleek. The gym is a great size with lots to choose from, tons of outdoor areas to enjoy such as a covered lounge, cabanas, and grills. Great location close to the freeway and Metro! read more

First of all I live here, when I first moved i was blinded by the look and resort vibe and amenities etc and price. Since then first manger and some employees in office hot booted and the new manager and employees are not much better! If you like noisy neighbors and people who have no consideration for others or any respect then move here. Manager had a alarm test and never sent out emails to tenants and it was super loud and shocking and hurt my ears, also kids are ways in the gym area plus the train can get annoying. As much as i complain about the noisy neighbor upstairs nothing ever gets done about it. Also my neighbor next door was air bnbing his unit lol they dont even know about it and they hired a 18 year old kid patrol rent a coo after a break in! Cant wait for my lease to be up! So if you want to live in a safe place with out a bunch of thugs trying to act tough towards you do not come here! This place is a joke! read more

Let me start by saying what an incredible property! One11 is state of the art, I toured on my first visit felt extremely comfortable with the staff they we're all courteous and helpful, which led to me signing my lease I've had no issues since I moved in. Unfortunately, we won't be moving here but would of loved to have lived at this location. The apartments are very modern and layouts are great. Sonia was especially helpful and friendly! She seemed to really care about the tenants and our experience touring. She was also very helpful with our application. If you can afford to live here this would be a great place to live. read more

Worst choice I've ever made when choosing an apartment! Interestingly, I had a similar experience to Mark's. I was the victim of a fire and the manager completely refused to work with me. She's rude, unprofessional, inflexible and has no consideration or advocacy for the customer. When the firefighters came to my apartment they told me this was the second time they had advised management of deficiencies in the building that were still not corrected. The manager refused to allow me to stay in an empty unit while the apartment was fixed so I had to stay in a hotel. My experience was so horrible that after the fire I decided not to live there again. I had to pay the rest of my lease while moving somewhere else and pay two leases! Very pricey lease for an empty apartment!!! On top of that, when I moved out they charged me for carpet destruction which is ridiculous and completely false since after the fire I did not move back! How can I destroy the carpet when they replaced it brand new after the fire? Also, get ready for their ridiculous rules they add every once in a while via email. Want an example? You cannot bring more than 2 guests to the pool per person in the lease. I'll have to say that besides their rude manager, the rest of the staff is super nice. Don't get me wrong the place is extremely nice in the inside, rent is expensive but I really did like them. Also was really looking forward to move in. I submitted all required documentation, was annoyed at the fact that I had to keep calling and bugging them regarding the status of my application. Every time I called there was an excuse literally for a whole week straight. I called everyday to finally say that needed bank statements. Didn't understand why, I wasn't purchasing an unit im renting. Never had to go through this with any other apartment agency. Explained to them I had no bank statements due to me not having a bank account. They then asked for the previous months of check stubs, provided that information to them and still gave me the runaround. Next they wanted job verification, my employers HR department contacted them and everything. The next morning I get a voicemail stating my application was denied due to "job verification". It's funny because I work two jobs, they didn't contact my first job. My second job is hard to get in touch with due Covid and that was explained to them. These apartments are BS, I honestly feel like they just didn't want to rent to me for whatever reason. Income wasn't the problem, background, or credit... This was a sign because I probably would've had problems down the line and would've been stuck in a damn lease smh. read more

I give this property 2 stars only because it is very clean and well maintained. The women in the office are extremely unprofessional and pompous. I have heard them speak rudely on the phone and my experiences with then have been terrible. They act bothered when you need something and they would rather sit around talking then providing help. I think they need to be reminded that it is our rent that pays their salaries. I would not recommend living here if they are who you have to deal with every time you have a question or need. read more

This building is new so everything is clean and modern. The bad things: 1 parking spot per unit, additional ones are extra. They DONT tell you about the noise and that's due to the location of the building. Train is located across the street so you hear the train all day everyday, fire dept is close by so you constantly hear sirens, honking during morning traffic since its close to the 91 fwy entrance so all this they sneak into your lease to make you aware but don't tell you ahead of time. If I had known about the constant traffic noise I wouldn't of signed up. Also, its a Non-Smoking building they say, but we cant have windows open due to some neighbor constantly smoking. We told the office but they haven't done anything about it. read more

Unprofessional...The complex has monthly events for the residents, they e-mail you letting you know the ''day of'' they don't give you details in advance. It would be nice to know at least ONE day in advance I don't know why if our rent money goes towards these events and they cant tell you ahead of time so we can actually go! After all its our rent money that gets used for these so called events. read more

WORST apartments to rent. When you initially move here the staff is incredibly nice. We had a tour done with Sonia to which she was extremely pushy on us finalizing the deal. She kept on asking us to finish the application right there and told us she would give us a deal of first month rent free and the next month rent half off. She had told us that our security deposit would only be $300. So we had told her we would come back the next day and complete the deal. So when we went the next day Sonia was not there and we were "helped" by Michael and the property manager (WHO BY THE WAY IS EXTREMELY RUDE). We had spoke to Sonia before we had gone inside the property and she had told us all we had to pay for this month (which would be the 1 month rent free) would be $57.61. When we went inside we were told by Michael and that other women that the total would come out to be around $500. We were inquiring as to why we had to pay $500 when Sonia had told us specifically we would only pay the $57.61. Michael and the other lady had told us that it costs $500 dollars because the security deposit came out to be $800! We had asked why the security deposit was that much and we were told that it was because of our credit (even though we have a credit of 780, WHICH IS EXTREMELY GOOD). We were told we would not be able to move in that day because we had to pay the $500. We had told them we would think about it and come in the next day. Later that day, i had called the office back to inquire about some questions i had. The property manager is who i spoke to and was giving me EXTREME ATTITUDE for asking her about their trash service. She was one of the MOST RUDEST people i have ever encountered and i don't know why someone would talk to a future resident like that. We then came to the conclusion that we DO NOT want to live here because they had hidden fees that they added to our lease for no reason ( to make up for their 1 month off rent deal). We had called Michael and told him we would be coming in the next day to withdraw from the deal and would like to take our deposit back and cashiers check of $57.61 since we could not come that day due to a family emergency. He had told us that it would be okay to come in the next day. Well when we went the next day Sonia and Michael pretty much told we would not be getting our security deposit back. We had asked them why not and they told us we did not come by the 3 day holding fee for the deposit. We had told them we spoke to Michael about it last night to WHICH HE DENIED THAT WE HAD SAID THAT!!! He sat there and lied that we did not say that and tried to BLAME US!!! We had tried to tell them that this is not fair, and it was not our fault if Michael did not realize that we wanted to pull our deal. Pretty much they told us we would NOT be getting the deposit back. I really wanted to come here by looking at the reviews but did not listen to the negative review of another person as i wish i had listened to him. PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE AS THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU AND MAKE YOU PAY FOR HIDDEN FEES!!!! the staff is INCREDIBLY RUDE and they will not tell you about the extra services you have to pay for UNTIL YOU SIGN THE LEASE!!! for example, they had told us the trash service was complimentary, but they make you pay a seven dollar service for NO REASON! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT LIVE HERE WITH THE INCREDIBLY RUDE LYING STAFF THEY HAVE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! read more
