Beautiful apartment complex! Come by for a tour. Was looking for something cheaper than our current rent. The tour went well. This is a very nice complex. I could see myself and my husband living here. I love how pet friendly this community is! They have a dog park and dog spa. How great is that??? Lots of green grass everywhere and BBQ's throughout the property. The 2 bed 2 baths run about $2500 per month. That's a lot cheaper than what we are paying to live in Orange County. This might be the way to go. Looking for cheaper options and doing some tours. The lady that did our tour was very sweet. I believe her name was Melissa. I have lived here for 2 years with my husband and my pug Pepa. If you need to live in Corona and are looking for apartments, Parcwood is without a doubt one of the best. It's a quiet place, and everyone who works there is wonderful--especially Valentina, who treated us so well when we first arrived. It's not easy coming here as immigrants and receiving the kind of treatment she gave us. She made sure to ask when we wanted to move in and made everything simple from the very beginning, making us feel at home. Thank you so much, Valentina. The maintenance staff is among the best--they come very quickly to fix anything and are always very friendly. The common areas are also great, as is everything in general. We're moving because we're relocating to another city, but without a doubt Parcwood is one of the best places we've ever lived in. read more

On April 24, 2022, we applied and put a $200 deposit down for unit k108 at Parcwood Apartments in Corona with Valentina Atkison, the leasing director. Unit k108 was a one-bedroom first-floor unit. Our anticipated move-in date was July 2, 2022. On July 1, 2022, we arrived to do a walk-through of k108 with Jessica Victorio, assistant community manager. She confirmed the complex is a smoke-free community. Upon entering k108, we were taken aback by the smell of cigarette smoke. Jessica Victorio was able to get a hold of the regional manager. The regional manager told her we would receive our $200 deposit back since no appropriate units were available for July 2, 2022. We are eligible to receive a refund because: We were promised a smoke-free apartment and were not provided one. There were no available first-floor one-bedroom units for July 2, 2022. On July 12, 2022, we received a 'Deposit Disposition' notice by mail. In this disposition, there is a unit number that we have never agreed upon, A111, and a Lease Start date of July 23, 2022, which we also never agreed to. The disposition stated that we would not be receiving our $200 deposit back. They have given excuses of why they will not give our deposit back. The bottom line is they are unorganized management! I have lived here longer than the current company has owned it. Maintenance issues take a long time to get resolved. Over a month to hang the solid wood door that fell off the HVAC closet onto my balcony. Mid July they replaced the bathtub and still haven't been back to finish the paint. I've been complaining about the loud noise the HVAC system makes outside my bedroom window ( every 20 minutes or so all night that wakes me out of a dead sleep even wearing earplugs. ) for over a year now. It's so loud the neighbor upstairs can hear it and it belongs to her unit. The property is full of HVAC systems right next to the downstairs, single pane bedroom windows. There is also a small dog park in the back. So if you live in those Apartments, you will hear dogs from barking very often. Sometimes for long periods of time while the pet owners do nothing. Again I talked to another neighbor who also has a one bedroom and received a $70 rent increase Just days after mine was raised over a $120. I'm a quiet, nice Person that pays my rent on time. First and foremost I'd like to say I have never posted a negative Yelp review, but this will have to be my first. I have lived here at Parcwood since 2018, and paid my rent on time every month. Over the 4 years, there have been series of mishaps at this complex. If you want any response out of the leasing office you must EARN their attention and kindness (which isn't all too easy considering the events below) Last year, we had neighbors downstairs with a GREAT Dane dog (which is funny-the release forms for rent state no dogs over 50lbs). The dog howls all night long due to the owners not being there. At first I told the neighbors about the issue. They didn't do anything. I notified Kayla (former manager) about the issue and she stated the dog was an emotional support animal. Interesting, okay, nice for leaving the dog home alone all night. Of course the management team was on the owners side for reasons unknown, and allowed the howling dog to keep his midnight singing going. The dog is also unleashed constantly and I've had people try to deliver packages upstairs where I'm at and they refused to due to the dog. Also, the GREAT DANE is in a 1-bedroom apartment. Cruel. I been living here since 2020 I never had any issues until recently. There is lack of communication with the new management and there are multiple apartments with roach infestations. There are constant homeless people coming through and rummaging through the garbage and the charge for the garbage disposal is very high. The grass area is like a landmine covered with dog poop from the lack of responsibility of owners and management does nothing. The building seems out dated from all the recently change of laundry units including mine and as well as the ac conditioners. This is both a pro and a con. Since at least the units that the A/C and washers have been replaced so they should not be no new issues with those, but if your unit has an old unit expect a very high electric bill. Going back to the roach infestation, my neighbor has been experiencing this for the last 5 months and the issue is on going, I am starting to experience the infestation myself and I'm trying to prevent from becoming a problem and the office has failed to properly set my appointment and is costing me extra money because I have dogs that need to be boarded during the pest control. Also, they do at least (2) inspections yearly but it can be more and they expect you to remove everything from the sinks if they will charge a $100 fee for not doing so. Good luck! read more

I've been here for a little over a month so far. There were red flags from the get go when I was getting my documentation ready to move in. The communication is terrible. The leasing office does not respond to emails or call back when I leave a voicemail. I have to physically walk into the office to talk to someone and still they don't have a resolution. When I report an issue, I have to call in multiple times to follow up before they take action. I've had issues with getting my parking spaces assigned to our vehicles. The leasing office has not called in my new car so I've been unable to order my parking permit. I've called multiple times about the parking issue and still they don't have a plan for a resolution. My washer hasn't been working properly since I moved in and now it's not working at all. I reported it on the first day we moved in. I'm going to contact the owners/ main property management company and make a complaint and ask them to send a survey to the tenants. I'm so incredibly fed up! read more

I would do a half star if I could. I live here for a year. Cars get stolen, mailboxes broken into often (once a month). Zero care for tenants and there safety. Management is so cool when somebody got robbed at gun point they put a letter on everyone's doors basically saying "we heard what happened , stay safe out there there's nothing we can do to help nor are we responsible for anything that happens to you. " They don't have cameras or a functional gate to keep people who aren't residence out. Management allows all the homeless druggies to chill inside the complex, all in all it's a mess. The worst of all is the parking enforcement. There's no way anyone who works in that office graduated from high school. They assign more parking then they have. My car had a parking pass and I was till towed twice. If you get home later then the office closes good luck to you living here. This is the type of place that will let a person who smokes fentanyl all day ,park in your spot and then tow you for having to park in a guest parking without a guess parking pass. I was saddened with my negative experience. When I first signed on to live there I was excited and had great expectations for the property and the staff. Honestly I wouldn't know where to begin. There was many times where we felt targeted by management. We received many "non compliant notices" due to our patio having an ash tray, plants, or holiday lights. I find it unjust to receive such notices when an apartment two doors down HAS "non patio furniture" et. surfboards, hanging plants, and storage containers. Many apartment patios throughout the whole property are non-compliant according to the list on the notice, but yet nothing was done about it. Moreover, when COVID-19 hit and we all went under quarantine it showed who's leadership was strong or lacking. Management's leadership was most definitely lacking. No concern, sympathy, or compensation was made. During times like these it is important to have a positive community. When one of us came to them regarding job loss and the idea if possible for our rent being a few days late, management simply replied "No, go find a job. Costco is hiring." Not only is that remark highly disrespectful and unprofessional but it made it seem as if it is easy to obtain a job in a pandemic, where many people lost their jobs, especially during this time everyone was required to stay home meaning there was an increase in cars being on the property and no available spaces. We also addressed his concerns with management and another rude remark was given, saying "there is nothing we can do, park outside the complex." All amenities were closed, which is understandable due to COVID, but we should still have not been paying for them if we did not use them. When we signed our agreement we were told that the amenities was included in the rent. Following to a time where I constantly saw bugs, mainly spiders in the apartment, I called and asked if someone can stop by and spray bug spray management said that they couldn't do anything about it and that I should go out and buy some spray and do it myself. The list goes on. Management is highly unprofessional. A resident should not have to call 10 times a day to get through to someone in the office. Overall, we were disappointed with our stay. We do not recommend living here. Honestly the apartments are that glamorous for the price their asking. Always an excuse or a comeback and never a resolution or taken responsibility. Instead there is constant harassment from the manager and gossip and talk from staff around the property. Not professional at all. As those mentioned in other reviews, there are some good staff, but the manager has to go! Tenants and the health of the community is not a priority. Was told today that from the manager that her staff does not need to wear masks after just another concern was shared. Primary care giver for a high risk elderly parent and will continue to advocate and hold people accountable as management of this complex. It is ridiculous! Lived here 6 months and will not be staying. Constant change in neighbors due to the lack of management. Yeah the grounds may look green, but wait until you get your high water bill that raises each month and for all the standing water and mud that is a hazard and mosquito breeding ground. In regards to the response below from staff - I have been in contact with the office, management and now a regional representative since July! My husband and I have been living at Parcwood for about a year now and we love it! The apartments are spacious and are great value for what you get. Everyone in the leasing office is awesome, especially Val and Jessica who are both so sweet and helpful. Maintenance is also awesome and always take care of requests in a timely manner. It seems as though management really cares about the community as they seem to be constantly making improvements (i.e. new paint and new pool chairs/tables). We haven't had any issues since we've been here and are so happy we rented here! read more

I decided to leave my review here on yelp as well since the rating doesn't seem that great here - I just moved in here from Los Angeles (Inglewood) and wow, I absolutely LOVE it here so far. It's super quite, my apartment is Gorgeous (top floor with vaulted ceiling ). Ashley was very thorough with her inspection when I moved in - which is very appreciated because I certainly don't want to be responsible for something I didn't do ! She was also very helpful via email with any questions i had. I love having a washer and dryer in the unit, coming from LA you have no idea how great it is to not have to pay every time I need to wash things. The price of the apt is super reasonable - I'm literally paying less for more compared to where I was (yes I know LA is high but it's certainly worth the short drive to get more bang for your buck). Had a small issue which was taken care of the next day by maintenance, very nice to not have to wait forever for something to be fixed. The ONLY thing I do not like is that the water sewage and trash is charged to us (which is fine) but it is divided between the people in the whole building vs just what you use - this is irritating only because I am super super conserivtive and I know my bill would certainly be less than average but at the same time even with that - I'm still paying less than what I was paying at my last apartment so I can't complain much at all. ALSO- the pool area and the whole place really is just stunning. Very glad I chose this apt complex :) My kitty Guss and I are going to be very happy :) He feels right at hol already !:) UPDATE: (2 months later) everything is still good, but I am noticing the walls are Extremely thin. I can literally hear my neighbors microwave beeping, can hear their music / TV and can hear them talking - and they aren't being loud, it sounds like a normal volume level. I lived at Parcwood for 2 years and experienced the shift from Western National to AMC Property management. If Parcwood was still owned by Western National I would have definitely left a higher review as they seemed to actually care about their tenants, the grounds had been taken care of, and maintenance requests were completed in a timely manner. Val is from the old Western National staff is awesome and she will take care of you if you have any concerns. My main grievances with the apartments come from how maintenance requests are handled. During the heat waves around May - June 2019 our air conditioner went out. It was 110 outside most days and inside it was 85 - 90. We had to put in a request 4 times and it took a month to get anyone to come out to look at the AC unit. On the emergency service hotline, it states that if the AC goes out when it is 85 outside it warrants immediate attention. If your service request is not an emergency, sometimes no one shows up and they will just close out your ticket without doing anything claiming no one is home. We've even scheduled days and times for when maintenance can show up, even take off work to make the appointment, and no one shows up. Emergency service requests are often not even addressed. No one will call back to confirm that your service request has been received by the office. The water gets turned off without any warning and no one can answer when it gets turned back on. The security gate is broken most of the time and your car will get broken into. Our vehicles were broken multiple times. People off the street come and rifle through trash cans and nothing is done about that. Courtesy patrol is supposed to be patrolling the grounds, but they stopped that without any warning as well. Parking is an absolute nightmare. If you come home after 6:30 PM, good luck getting a space. There are very little handicapped spaces and almost no ramps. I can't give any insight to the fitness center or pet grooming room, but the pool is at least well maintained. Rent goes up every year ranging $65 - $80 a month. There are no more laundry facilities on site (turned into Studio apartments). There are hook-ups in the apartments now and you can rent out a washer/dryer for an additional fee. read more

They are very caring helpful and wonderful. One time I wasnt available for a few days and maintence offered to go feed and check on my cat. This friendly staff I consider my family. i again am updating my review of these apartments and again things just continue to get worse. we have lived here since 2016 before our daughter who is now 5 was even 1 years old. over the years what i can say has been consistent are the items below: 1: high rent increases matching what people pay for the metro apartments on main but without the bells and whistles...similar to paying for a new car only to discover it's a lemon! 2: the lack of updates they have done. take a look at the tot lot it's disgusting, outdated and needs some serious love. but alas we got a dog washing room?! 3. a lack of customer service or professionalism when dealing with residents from new managers such as vivian 4. the only good thing about this place is the leasing director valentina (val) she is one of the most sincere, genuine people i have come across and is always the one good thing about this place. amc is lucky to have gained such an extraordinary employee who truly cares for the community and its residents. amc you need to provide some serious training with Kayla & Vivian on discrimination, harassment, & all around professionalism. in the 5 years i have lived here never has management come to my door for a maintenance issue, and outright accuse my us of damage or blatantly antagonize me (as if ahe forgot she was at work). our bedroom window and kitchen closet door were damaged, which i promptly reported. vivian was advised not to fone tk our home after the phone conversation we had, but still after one of the maintenance men came to inspect even providing photos to take back to her she didn't find it sufficient. vivian showed up at my door a little after maintenance inspected stating she wanted to inspect as well stating "i need yo inspect window myself as well, because men are stronger than we are so i want to test the force of how the window was closed. and that doir looks like a fist went through it." she was condescending throughout, talking over me even as she needed so basky to be right! i told har multiple tomes she was antagonizing me and upsetting me and to please leave, i got so upset eventually slammed the door in her face as i had told her well before this gaxe to face, due to the phone conversation and definitely after her accusing us of something we didn't do i wpild only deal with val or kayla. if any year i yruly hated it here and couldn't consider renewing ots this year based on vivian alone, as she put yhr final nail in the coffin! if we could end our lease now with no financial concerns we would have left. the only thing that kept us here during the pandemic was the fact that they didn't raise our rent. but with all the things that have piled on and with this last incident with vivian a so called professional manager we are be more than excited to put this place in the rear view forever! This is the worst complex I've ever lived in. During the year we lived there, the water was turned off without notice multiple times and the one time they did give a notice it had the incorrect date on it. If you call to inquire as to why the water gets turned off they're extremely rude. The gates did work until right before we moved out. We went almost a whole year in a gated property where the gates didn't work. Unreal. There was never any parking. About six months into our lease they had everyone submit vehicle information for parking permits that were never given to us. And the gym? Forget about it. It was always dirty inside and there weren't any fans or AC. Something always seemed to be under construction, but zero progress was made while we were there. There are plenty of properties in Corona so do yourself a favor and don't settle. read more

Angelene Haviland is working with a tow company who are illegally towing residents cars ! My car was towed with a parking pass on the front window! When I reported the incident to Angelene she ensured me it was a mistake and I wouldn't have to pay for my car to be released from the tow yard She even let me know this tow company has made countless mistakes and she wants to get rid of them ! Angelene afterwards had Cesar from the tow yard call me saying I lied about where I parked my car and I would have to pay for my car (I told Angelene exactly where I was parked in front of the office after office hours because somebody was in my spot )! Of course when i go back to the office she's on a "break" This is beyond ridiculous that she's so money hungry you can't peacefully park where you live! I've talked to a few residents that told me she had their cars towed as well ! Not random people just parking ! residents! Who have a parking pass ! Spare me the legal garbage, we renewed the lease for a day and had to back out because of my promotion at work. Not one ounce of effort to see if anything could be done on your part. There were always people moving in, you're telling me you couldn't find someone to take our unit? Give me a break. There were plenty of crack/meth heads looking for a place to stay here. They were always digging in the trash every time we were leaving for work anyway. Forgot to mention people, don't count on getting your deposit back. We cleaned, wiped and vacuumed the entire apartment and they still took ours. We have pictures to prove this. It's best to just avoid this property. An email reminder on October 31 would have been considerate, not mandatory, but helpful. Instead, you gave your tenants 0 days a notice of towing is despicable! The email was sent out on November 3 at 4:27 PM, telling tenants that your car would be towed the same night and 12 cars were towed that night! You give a 2 week notice of a Halloween party, but not reminders about your car being towed!! Horrible business practices!!! read more

I lived in Parcwood for about 3 years before moving out of state Parcwood management company was nice owners were flexible so if I find their page I will be glad to leave them a 5 STAR REVIEW. The property was nice, clean and had great amenities. Nice apartments please read this has nothing to do with the apartments just their poor judgment in their hiring process..... So Parcwood was owned by a different company when I first moved the staff was amazing! One of the staff members that was with that company remained her name is VAL she's a sweetheart very helpful and kind. They hired another woman named Ashley she was great as well. Then they hired this little TERROR the "manager" very rude, condescending, inappropriate, unprofessional just a mess. She was what you would refer to as nice nasty. When I knew the "manager" was in the office I would pay my rent online just to avoid her. Fast forward a few months after the woman took over as manager she all of a sudden disappeared which made me extremely happy as well as several other tenants that lived in Parcwood. We all wanted to start a petition to get her out of there but fortunate for us she left. There was several problems with her telling tenants including me if we don't like something that she said or did we could give our 60 day notice because she didn't want them (us) at her property lol she doesn't own it. When my neighbor would go into the office to complain about noise all times of the night she would say well you should buy a house. We complained about trash being left all over she would just stare at you like are you done wasting my time type look. Just things like that which was nasty. The man that I knew personally He was older a Vet very honest and was treated poorly he moved. Anyways the staff at Parcwood knew how much I despised her you ask her a question she snaps on you, you ask for a request she argues you down as to why it's not important or now what many calls essential maybe it's something I did wrong. You ask her anything she was a total nightmare. She's like the little dog on the yard all bark and no bite type because the minute you mention you're going to report her she bows down lays right on her back. She may have her employer fooled but I lived there for a while underneath her "management" and she is terrible! So when I moved I had an alleged outstanding balance of 600$ my apartment was SPOTLESS when I left after almost 3 years I have a little OCD so I didn't even allow people inside without removing their shoes Parcwood insist on charging me to clean the carpet and apartment last company did courtesy cleaning . So I made arrangements Ashley was sooooo helpful when it came to that she's really nice. Now I live out of state my mom handles all of my business because I can get her the money or whatever and she's 1 hr from them. I would send my mom the money and she was to send it to them, unfortunately for me my mom misunderstood their last 100.88 that I had to place a claim with the postal service since they didn't receive it was hers. When I called her on it she said oh I'm sorry I thought that was for me. Given I did send it to her with a few extra 100's so it was right to assume since she asked oh is this for me and I said yes. Well The manager has since been rehired I have no idea why she's a complete witch (would like to replace the w) and has been emailing causing me anxiety my entire mood shifts when I hear from her my head has been hurting ever since last night I could not sleep this is how much she gives me anxiety asking me about the 100$ no regard to my request no consideration for how I feel about her messaging me I protect my peace and her energy is bad she has a bad disposition about herself I don't want her in my emails or my space. IF PARCWOOD IS READING THIS you guys know no one was pleased with her service I'm hoping she's in therapy or something because she is a NIGHTMARE. I was the ideal tenant if not they would not have renewed my lease twice before I left paid my rent well before it was due every single month gave these people ABSOLUTELY no problems. Mind my business went to work and came home. When I stay somewhere I treat people as if I owned the property I had Placed 2 service request in 3 years never complained about anything or anyone but her. I moved out two years ago, and have been meaning to write a review. I lived at Parcwood for 5 years. I had nothing but a wonderful experience! I loved it there. Clean grounds, safe neighborhood, wonderful staff (hey Val!), and I always had the most lovely and friendliest neighbors. Also it stayed very peaceful and quiet which I very much appreciated. There were also lots of kids for my son to play with. Always quick with the maintenance anytime I needed it too. I never had not one problem! The only reason I moved was because me and my son needed more space, and I invested in buying property for the long haul. Otherwise I would have definitely stayed there. I loved it and my son still misses that place. Thank you everyone there for making my 5 years there the best apartment experience I ever had! read more

We just moved in last night and are already super pleased with the front desk (Vivian is awesome :) ) as well as the few neighbors whom we have already met. Very kid friendly environment with a playground, swimming pool, and tennis courts. Also, tons of trees - which affords us some privacy being on the second floor. I have lived here for only a few months but this is by far the best place I've ever lived! The staff here is so helpful and friendly! Especially Kayla who answers emails so quickly I swear I just hit the send button and I get her reply! The pool is huge! The gym is huge with so much amazing equipment! Where can you also find a place that lets you have a dog and has a washer and dryer in the unit!!? I think my favorite part is my balcony. Love sitting out there in sun shine and in rain just enjoying the view. High ceilings, ceiling fan, central air and heat, nice fridge.. not sure how much more you could ask for in an apartment! They have anything from a studio up to a 3 bedroom and you just pay your rent online! They make everything so easy and convenient! Great neighborhood, great facilities, great staff. I moved here November 2016 and I've been loving it since. 1) I've never seen a roach here since I've moved in maybe a baby spider but not a roach lol not even an ant. 2) maintenance is quick, responsive and amazing. 3) the staff is very on point and punctual. Val is super sweet. 4) for the quality that's givien here the rent is very fair. I love it and plan on doing another term. Though having the new washers and dryers installed will make things convenient, I will miss my large mirror it was my fav accessory to the apartment with the high ceilings. read more

This complex has many issues that you need to keep in mind Cons: -residents don't pick up after their dogs so you always need to look down while walking cause residents let their dogs poop on the middle of the walk way -the main gate to enter is ALWAYS broken so it will almost always be left wide open -the units are so old that the smells from the units around you go through so if they smoke you'll definitely smell it through your apartment -keep in mind almost everyone in the units smoke the Mary Jane so while walking to your car you'll get a big hit of everyone smoking in their patio -if you're downstairs hopefully you don't have loud upstairs neighbors because you'll hear the footsteps and them moving things around -when it came to moving not all the people in the office give proper information it seems like some of people know more than others and don't get proper information -the apartment is self isn't maintained very well the stickers they put over the cabinets peel off and when they repainted our apartment they got paint all over the place -also their is a new manager now but our old manager didn't give us proper 30 day notice when it came to renewing our contract she gave us only 5 days to decide if we are renewing and our rent went up $200 dollars but the leasing office expects you to give them 30 day notice for anything Pros: -the maintenance guys are super nice and friendly and are quick with work orders -for the most part we didn't really struggle for parking on the side we were on - the apartment has very good storage to put your stuff read more

LET ME START OFF BY SAYING THAT I DON'T WANT A REPLY FROM ANYONE FROM THE TEAM. You didn't care when we lived there, you didn't care when we moved out, so don't pretend like you care now. Heed every review (especially the negative ones). My experience was quite similar to most and we stayed for 19 months here. I really wanted to love this place because of the scenic atmosphere but it was hard to enjoy this place. We chose upstairs since I worked graveyard and didn't want anyone above me. Let me just say that one of the best things you could do for your pockets is to stay there the minimum amount of years so they won't charge for the carpet (I think it was 2 years). We had a 3 bedroom and we hardly was in the living room and we didn't use 1 of the bedrooms (only to store some things seeing there's no garages). 1 room had normal use (i.e. tracks from walking) but the other I will take blame for since I didn't have the chance to deep clean (between work, finding a new place, and taking my kid to school). Again, I worked graveyard. But they charged $1100 for the carpet. Plus kept our $500 deposit, and charged for utilities that they forgot to charge months prior to our move out. I have pictures of every nook and cranny but couldn't find time to take them to court. Utilities and rent was NEVER late, yet when calling the leasing office? Yea, that was frustration within itself since it's impossible to get in contact with anyone via phone or in person. When I miraculously did get in contact, I always felt rushed (my anxiety always when from 0 to 100 real quick when dealing with them). During the rainy season, the walkway would flood so trying to get to your door without soaked shoes? Yea, that was like playing a game since you sunk into the mud in the grass too. 1 day my neighbor slipped and fell with her newborn and when she threatened to sue then they had maintenance put down plywood so we can cross through the mud. After a month or so of that, they finally put in drains. Btw, when placing maintenance requests, do it online (calling the leasing office is pointless). 1 maintenance guy told me that Val writes them down but then forgets to tell them. My car was rummaged through in broad daylight, I guess no one saw that especially seeing where my car was parked. My bf's car tag was taken off of his license plate. Homeless dudes rummaging through the dumpsters was normal and I caught one actually taking a pee in it. I saw a guy hop the wall near my car and all the maintenance dude did was stop his cart, stared the guy down and then drove off after the guy apologized. 95% of the time, the gate wasn't working. Most times, the water was turned off without notice. Mail that wasn't forwarded by old tenants kept coming back even when I tried to take care of the issue 3 different times (that was annoyiiiiiing). Once, I was in the leasing office and no rep. was there. There were alot of us waiting for 10-30+ minutes (some were there to view apartments but ended up leaving because they were tired of waiting). The structure of the apartment had me paranoid because if you look up (if you live on the second floor) it looks like the roof shifted from the beams. And speaking of roofs, don't get spooked if you hear something bang on the roof, it's just the endless of pinecones falling. In the summer, carry bug spray because there's always an influx of fat spiders EVERYWHERE including the stairway. We were lucky enough to experience the giant mirrors in the kitchen until they ripped them from us and put in washer/dryer hookups which we were led to believe (prior to moving in) was going to be optional but nope, upon renewing that lease (which I regret so much) the washer/dryers were forced on us for an additional $70. We didn't want them to be honest. I could go on and on, therefore I would never recommend this place unless the leasing staff changes (hopefully for the better).
