I went to this location to get the same appointment but I went to another lady. I expected for it to be the owner, the results should be better. I was wrong. Once I got out the chair she took off so much hair. During the experience I told her I like my eyebrows full but she didn't do anything else to reassure my procedure was doing well other than her telling me my eyebrows took the perm well. When I got out the chair to look (which I also think was a red flag, I think you should bring the mirror to the client not make the client get up) I noticed my inner brows were missing. Now I have to wait for them to grow back. I wish she measured my eyebrows. I wish she asked me more questions but I trusted her. I included picks of how it looked two years ago(the first picture) and what I got yesterday. I am so disappointed and angered. My eyebrows do not even frame my face nicely anymore so I don't know what went wrong. I have receipts and will be showing up later to discuss. The first photo was taken last week, are you crazy? The second photo was taken LAST YEAR. I went to Dee Wallace (screenshot attached). The third picture is me from YESTERDAY. I cannot believe you just said you did my eyebrows in the first two pictures. Yesterday was my first time EVER MEETING YOU??? I even said I went to someone else last time. I asked could you fill them in before I left and you said you couldn't because you had a client after me. You said you could do them tomorrow but then I realized I shouldn't trust you to even fill them in. So that's why I left, I can't put the hairs back on so I the only thing I could do is leave??? And the fact you are not taking accountability as a multiple business owner is pathetic and I am disappointed as a fellow black woman trying to support your business. My current esthetician is Nichole W., and I truly can't recommend her enough. She has made significant improvements to my skin, especially to acne, which I have struggled with for decades, and some aging. I do purchase the products she recommends, because my goal is to have long-term skin improvement. However, I have noticed that Nichole is mindful that people have varying financial situations and is helpful in choosing products to prioritize in the event I'm not able to buy them all at once. I wish I could have come here during my teenage years, because at that time I took every acne medication under the sun and saw minimal improvements, while Bespoke has been able to heal my skin and keep it healthy. Beyond the skincare, I want to highlight Nichole's kindness and the way she genuinely cares for her clients. On at least two occasions I've had an appointment after going through some major life challenge and each time Nichole listened as I told her what I was going through and made my facial a place to escape everything that was going on. She also helped ensure the products I was using were appropriate for the situation I was in at the time. I asked the front desk associate to reinstate my membership, and she said she would take care of it. I then received my massage and went home, only to discover that my card had been charged twice: once for a $129.95 reinstatement + membership fee and again for the massage itself, which was $79.95. To make matters worse, this was a new card that was not previously on file -- meaning it was entered and charged the same day without full transparency. I called the location on Sunday to inquire, and the receptionist could only see the membership charge, yet my membership still shows as inactive. She also stated she couldn't see the second charge and that I'd have to wait until Wednesday to speak with a manager. As of today, both charges have posted to my account. I've also been unable to log into the app, and the whole experience has been frustrating. While my masseuse was amazing, the business itself is messy and played with my coins. The receptionist on Sunday was polite but unhelpful, and the Saturday receptionist failed to explain I'd be charged for both the membership and the same-day service.
