They need to move to paperless billing…read more We have a few business accounts with SGVWC. They do not offer paperless billing. I've confirmed that they mail the invoices LATE so that by the time they arrive in the mail they are past due. The available auto pay option is useless for companies that require invoice approval prior to payment. When I told customer service about the late billing issue they instructed me to send a request via email each month for a copy of our bill so we can get it on time. I did so, and unsurprisingly, they don't respond. We use several utility suppliers, all of which offer paperless billing and convenient online access to our accounts. SGVWC is the only exception.

Couple years ago, the ownership changed with better service. The new owner, Robert is the best owner caring customer first I've ever seen. A few month ago, I forgot leaving my two white floor mats in dryer. He was nice enough to give me a call to remind me to pick up my floor mat. He was very social and kind to customers. He kindly tells me how to use the laundry machine and dryer best and save money. It looks like he cares the welfare of customer more than his own profit.
