I purchased "Kangen Water" (which is just a glorified brand of Alkaline Water) and when I came home, the water had a strange fishy salty taste to it. I thought maybe I'll get used to it but 2 of my family members started to get weird headaches everytime they drank the water. I've been drinking alkaline for a while and never have I ever tasted alkaline like that. I came back today to let him know that the water has a strange taste to it and instead he didn't understand what I said and called somebody. The gentlemen on the phone spoke better English (not sure why they don't have him in this store instead) and told me I may not be familiar to the high PH levels of the "Kangen" water and will refill my bottles with the regular Alkaline water on the right (keep in mind when I initially came the old man said that section of Alkaline water didn't work). Once I got my water refilled I was content that they made it right, however the old man then raised his voice and got mad and told me to never come back "never come back, that's good for me and good for you" and "nobody ever complains, only you complain". The guy working the store has such a sour attitude just like his water. I went in and got Kangen water from them. Purchased 3 5-gallon bottles and all tasted salty/fishy as if something was wrong with their filet. My husband and I went back to inform them about the taste and was given such horrible treatment. It's the same price I pay at my fave place in my area. For a pH of 9.5,I will take it. I was around the area so I had to find a water spot that would supply my need for the right amount of water alkalinity. The guy that works there was fast and efficient. He made a mistake at first because he started filling my jug with the regular water without asking me. So then he didn't complain but politely poured it out and refilled it with the right water. I read some few reviews and some complained of not being helped in carrying the waters to their cars. Wow. That's why they have the cart so use it and do not complain. No customer service or recognition for employee/owner mistake! Rushing home after a long morning and couldn't head to my normal spot for water. Came here quickly looking for "Alkaline water" with signs everywhere inside the small shop, not sure if that was the owner or a worker. He saw me and without being able to get a word to him he took my two jugs and he just simply started filling them up alongside three others quickly filling. Tried to say hello asked if this place was his and what types of water and he didn't respond trying to manage 4 jugs of water so thought maybe he doesn't speak English and overwhelmed. Felt a little embarrassed with another customer there watching me speak to him without any response. He says the price, I handed him the money and in that moment pushed to attempt to speak to him again. I said "Is this really Alkaline water?" And he said "no regular" and I said "You took my jugs quickly filling them up without asking this isn't what I needed. I came to buy alkaline water. He just walked away moving to other customers and ignored me as he wouldn't fix the mistake. I had already paid and with his attitude I just left no longer wanting to engage and it was so obvious our frustration. It could have been easily avoided if he had greeted me, asked what I'm looking for and filled it up accordingly but instead no communication, no acknowledgement and an unwillingness to amend. Owner is very friendly and nice, he will wipe down and rinse your water jugs and then you'll as them onto the cart and take them to your car. I like that he's the only one touching all the knobs and constantly cleaning them, unlike the self serve places, it felt cleaner. read more

I've gone here several times to get my 5-gallon water bottle refilled. The process has been smooth and easy. One day I needed to get a new 5-gallon water bottle, so I bought one from here and got it filled. The next time I came to get it refilled I noticed when I started to carry it out it began to leak from the top as if it was screwed on correctly. The older guy tried to tighten it, but it still leaked. I told him I just bought it so it shouldn't be leaking, but he acted as if it was normal. I said either replace the bottle (which he didn't want to do) or at the very least give me a new cap and hopefully that will fix the problem. He had a box full of caps behind his desk, but he acted like he didn't even want to replace the cap. Well the replacement cap didn't work. My bottle still leaked from the mouth and he still didn't want to replace it. If you're going there just for water refills you should be fine, but if you buy a water bottle and expect them to stand by their product it's probably not going to happen. read more

Unbeknownst to me the bottle I picked out happen to have a dent which neither myself or the Salesperson noticed until after he filled the bottle up with water. Came to this place April 6, 2022 right when it opened at 10am, been here a couple times. The old man (who i think is the owner) is always in a bad mood or grumpy. The younger gentlemen is always more polite and has better customer service. This time the old man got mad because he didn't like the way I was rinsing out my gallons of water, so he tells me to move away. Even though there are clear signs that say self service. Then since they do acccept Zelle, I was just double checking the price I heard him say in the first place, so I repeated the price back confirm that I'm going to give him the correct amount. However, he ignores me and starts talking under his breath and gets all pissed off as if I was trying to pay him less than what he said in the first place. In a way it was funny. I've seen other reviews on here and they say he doesn't have the best customer service which they are correct, but it is also a lot of miscommunication. Best Alkaline water in the area and very well priced! The place is clean and parking is usually pretty easy to find. I believe the regular water is priced at .30 cents a gallon but not too sure. I usually just get alkaline water. The stores in my area usually charge $2.50 per gal. read more

Found a water store near my new home. Tried it once and I will be traveling back to my old neighborhood for water. To be clear, I only bought the alkaline water (non-ionized), I am not able to comment on their purified water, which may be perfectly fine (and it was cheaper than I have seen elsewhere!) Alkaline water was $2, the same as my regular store, but coming from a little filtering system designed for home use, it tasted exactly like my tap water.. It was not gross, but it did not have the smooth texture and flavor we are used too. The selection of water bottles was very low and very few are marked as BPA free. The staff was pleasant and parking was easy. Because the quality of their Alkaline water was as good as my tap water, I have to give them a 1 star review. read more
